This bill is tied in with the far left groups, who stand to benefit HUGE FINANCIAL GAINS, such as Al Gore's son-in-law Andrew Schiff (whose gr gr grandfather Jacob Schiff was tied to Rockefeller Syndicate and I G FARBEN), and if you know history I G Farben was the Nazi "state within a state", formed from 6 chemical companies that Schiff managed to get the financing lined up to help Germany. WE MUST DEFEAT the Food and Safety Enhancement Act of 2009 in Senate coming up soon for a vote, or not be able to grow our own food, or buy from local farmers markets, etc. It does not exempt home gardens, local farmers, farmets markets, or small businesses under 25-50 employees...it will bankrupt them and us. The cost of food will be unbelievable!

Check the CFR meetings and I think she was there last year, if not, then maybe she just did not understand. CFR would promote this as good thing, but it’s NOT.
I also remember reading about a bill that bottom line no gardens unless the food czar approves and it would shut down GNC products because they are not FDA approved.

Bachmann’s district is about three miles from my house. I’ve met Michele and know her to be the real deal. Phone calls are in order tomorrow.
As a former criminal justice instructor, it is clear to me that anything NOT EXEMPTED in LAW can be fined and treated same as bad companies...that includes personal gardens, farmers markets, small farms that depend on selling produce.
Living in a rural area means using local produce, this could cause that to end...just look at paperwork involved and inspections that could end so many small businesses and farms from operating. Not to mention how one fine could cost you everything.
Think of environmentalists and what they have been able to do with water and wetland legislation. WE are in WARS WITHOUT GUNS AGAINST AMERICANS...and they do it not to be charged with treason!

Tell Bachman to check on WHO/COMPANIES get the contracts to grow food, and who is exempted and who isn’t....we must protect ourselves for future access to growing our own food if necessary.

The object is to get rural people off their land because it has strategic military importance. Think Red v Blue. Think people that cling to guns and their religion. Think cutting off irrigation water in California’s Central Valley. It’s rural cleansing and it is going on now with no one watching.
