Patsy sent this. While reviewing Bob Unruh's article in WND in regard to the lawsuits for the birth certificate. I came across this paragraph.(see below)
Of course he is a total fraud no matter how it turns out.
"Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the child’s birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence," the document said. "The only way to know where Senator Obama was actually born is to view Senator Obama's original birth certificate from 1961 that shows the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor that delivered him."

OK, so he was not born in Hawaii, instead he was born in Washington? Since last I looked Washington was one of the 57 states of Barack Obama, what is the point of that?
The lack of Knowledge of the constitution is rampant. How does the Socialist party 3rd Guy on the Jew Jersey Presidential Ballot even get his Name listed on the Ballot, when everyone knows was born outside the USA? HOW does he even get on 6 or 7 MORE state ballots before California finally kicks him off ?

Yes they did. In fact the courts ruled that McCain is a natural-born U.S. citizen who was born in the Panama-canal zone while has dad (a navy Admiral) was stationed there.
We really don’t know. She disappeared into thin air after the first semester at U of H and the next sighting of her was by Step Grandma Sarah, two step siblings of Jr, the missionaries and then her appearance on Mercer Island with the infant Jr. Even her mother’s friend has never been identified.(the woman she was staying with according to reports from high school classmate Susan Blake, and Maxine Box)
Actually McCain was born in the civilian hospital in Colon, Panama, outside the Canal Zone. And I believe the only thing that the courts said was exactly what they've said to Berg and the others: no standing.
That said, McCain is a citizen because his parents were citizens, and US law says that the children of US citizens born overseas are themselves US citizens.
Roger Calero ran in the 04 election as well.
He was once deported for selling drugs. Somehow managed to get back in and is listed as a resident alien married to an American.
Granted there is no constitutional impediment to him running in our elections, it doesn’t explain how he gets on the ballot that are for legitimate candidates only.
If nothing else, it does show that an ineligible candidate can get on the ballot.
I’m so glad this issue is still alive and perhaps gaining strength as many wanted to kill it - even here and on talk radio.
