Please check eligibility, thousands ask Supremes

Thousands of urgent appeals for the U.S. Supreme Court to consider the question of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president of the United States are being delivered to the justices as part of WND's campaign to seek the truth.

The high court has conferences scheduled on cases addressing Obama's eligibility tomorrow and again on Jan. 23. They cite Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, which stipulates the office of president can only be filled by "a natural born citizen."

Because the Supreme Court justices do not accept faxes, e-mails or telephone calls, WND assembled an option for a delivery of letters through FedEx, and 1,344 people signed up to send a message to the justices, resulting in 12,096 messages.

The campaign was a followup to one in December that generated more than 60,000...

The fact that the first judge Berg went to basically claimed there was no public interest (as if that were some kind of legal requirement.)

SCTUS has actually done something. They have sent the Berg case back to the lower court. And there are three still scheduled for conference and about 18 more in process with lower courts.

It's pretty much over.

The America we knew and the U.S. Constitution are the victims of a coup, basically a takeover by Communists/Socialists, with a token black figurehead from Kenya at the top now, to assure support of the black and minority populace. Promising everything to them for nothing, taking from the "rich" and handing it to the voterbase, and piling up debts no honest man can pay far into the future.

We are now at the rule of those who don't believe in personal freedom, nor in personal responsibility, EXCEPT to the "State".

Two years of 24/7 MSM drumbeat for The Messiah, and constant bombardment of BDS crap, coupled with "the government is REQUIRED to take care of you" B.S. has led to where we are now.

“Who exactly does the Supreme Court hold has standing to bring this complaint?”

Without getting into the bottom-line arguments, I’d think any citizen of the United States would have standing to request a determination that the president-elect meets the constitutional requirements to hold the office of president.

farah’s betting the ranch on this?

If I recall correctly, WND was charging $10.95 to FedEx form letters to SCOTUS.

From the article, "The campaign was a followup to one in December that generated more than 60,000 letters sent by overnight courier to the nine Supreme Court justices. That campaign resulted in 60,138 letters in 6,682 FedEx packages of nine letters each."

Don't know what he was betting but he was definitely getting paid. Not that there's anything wrong with making money.

I wouldn't count on the Supreme Court (hopefully, The Messiah won't be there when appointments to replace retiree's occurs), but Divine Intervention is all we really can count on.

Necessarily skipping over a lot of other components of this coup, you have pretty much summed up the current state of affairs in the USA. I have watched as the carpet baggers have invaded Washington, D.C. with their outstretched hands and attitude of “to the victor goes the spoils” and it causes me to wish for the direst of consequences to happen soon to bring them all to their knees. President Bush was never the real problem for them tho he has been the figurehead for these lazy, thieving, self important socialists to focus voter opinion on. It has always been their intent to throw over/out the Republican opposition party to install their own repressive socialist regime. The anti freedom democrat party has won for now. Their corrupt inclined nature will lead them to in fighting and self destruction but that is no consolation for American citizens and tax payers considering the damage, much irreversible, they are and will be doing to this Republic.

I don’t think SCOTUS investigates murders.

It sures seems like there isn't any group investigating this murder, including the Chicago Police, the community of Trinity United Church, the MSM, Crime Investigation channels....no one seems to be interested in reporting, or even mentioning this murder of Donald Young. This gentleman was shot execution style on 12/23/2007 while Obama was still a member of the congregation. No interest in reporting on the non-progress in this three bullet to the head murder of the TUC of Chicago choir director.

As an American I would gladly roast marshmallows in that fire.

How to find a needle in a haystack?

Burn it down.

Fire will cleanse.

I would gladly see riots in America, I would be immensely satisfied to see the Obama supporters wage war against truth, liberty and the Constitution and be arrested, tried and sent to prison.

I would gladly see all of that than face an usurper in the Whitehouse.

Usually the most difficult is the right choice.

And that's the genius of this socialist takeover, that we can't remove him without causing serious harm to the country. On the other hand, we have to risk an Obama presidency that could very well cause serious harm. But at least there are tools and traditions to fall back on when dealing with presidents.

Four years is a long time. I think Obama will figure this out. The stock market has shown no confidence in Obama. When the economy tailspins, this lack of leadership should be showcased to Americans.

Wonder how long this question will stay on the ‘net:

“How come Jermiah Wright announced Donald Young murdered at an AM service when he wasn’t pronounced dead til PM

“How did Jermiah Wright know Donald Young (alleged gay lover of Obama, knew eachother for over 20 years, gay choir director at TUCC) was dead before the medical examiner knew?

“Wright announced Donald Young’s murder at the 7 am and 11 AM services, but Donald Yound wasn’t declared dead of multiple gunshot wounds until 12:10 PM December 27, 2003.”

In terms of standing, a BIG question is: Who is damaged?

Any citizen in theory can say that, but then any one person could upset the apple cart.

So, in theory, I’d shorten that list to either: 1) the Electors who were forced to cast their vote on Dec. 15, or 2) Presidential and/or Vice Presidential Candidates who were damaged.

SO that would involve:

- Orly’s Lightfoot case (08A524)
- Berg’s first case (08-570 — with an elector named in the Granted amicus)
- Pidgeon’s case (pending to be filed after being denied by the Washington State SC)

Standing via a Timing standpoint, I would think at this point, it would be the counting of the EC votes on Jan 8, or the actual swearing in on Jan 20.

However, I have two questions:

1) Do we yet know why Alito wasn’t at Wednesday’s SCOTUS meeting?

2) What’s wrong with this Order from the Third Circuit of Appeals regarding Berg’s case (2-08-cv-04083)?:

12/09/2008 ORDER (SCIRICA, Chief Judge and AMBRO, Circuit Judges) denying Appellant’s Motion an Immediate Injunction to Stay the Certification of Electors, to Stay the Electoral College from Casting any Votes for Barack H. Obama on December 15, 2008, and to Stay the Counting of any votes in the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 6, 2009 Pending Resolution of Appellant’s Appeal. Panel No.: ECO-16. Scirica, Authoring Judge

In what way? Damages have to be real and concrete, not speculative or hypothetical. Define them.

Do we yet know why Alito wasn’t at Wednesday’s SCOTUS meeting?

Petulence? Alito's disdain for the Senate since his confirmation hearing isn't any secret.

What’s wrong with this Order from the Third Circuit of Appeals regarding Berg’s case

You mean other than the fact that the motion was denied?

From the best I can tell, the best legal minds in the country, including the four strict constructionist members of the SCOTUS, understand that BHO is a natural born citizen. AFAIK, there has not been a single member of the Judicial, Executive or Legislative branches that has even suggested the BHO is not qualified. Even the plaintiffs in most of these cases have checkered pasts with no one of legitimate legal or judicial backgrounds advocating for the birthers.

By that line of logic, absolutely no cases regarding an election can be brought before a judge. LOL

>>> Petulence? Alito’s disdain for the Senate since his confirmation hearing isn't any secret.

If you know anything about Alito, he would have been polite, humble and not left the SCOTUS building. That's his, and every other Justices’, castle - they don't excuse themselves because they feel childish or slighted by a previous political action. It's not like a POTUS and VP elect just pop by every day.
