Without getting into the bottom-line arguments, I’d think any citizen of the United States would have standing to request a determination that the president-elect meets the constitutional requirements to hold the office of president.

Lee was supporting the US constitution.

Whoever meets the legal requirements to establish standing, one of which is that the damages have to be real and concrete, not hypothetical. So what are the damages Berg has suffered in this case?
