Their computer-generated predictions have been completely off but that doesn't deter the green pushers from ratcheting up each succeeding dire warning. Meanwhile, progrerssive policies wreak havoc on American life.
The media and others continually said Ian was the deadliest hurricane in Florida in over 90 years, as if that is a meaningful statistic. They say that Ian was caused by manmade climate change. Of course, they gave zero scientific evidence to support that statement, because there is none, but the indoctrination continues.
Only one of the deadliest 24 hurricanes in the U.S has occurred after 1970. Eight of the deadliest occurred before 1900.
There has never been a correlation between temperatures, sea levels, and storm activity and the use of energy related natural resources. When there is no correlation, there can't be causation.
The radical leftists want to control us, not the climate.

Only one out of the deadliest 25 tornadoes occurred after 1955. Five occurred before 1900 and the deadliest occurred in 1925. It is a bald-faced lie to continually say that storms are getting worse and are caused by humans and our use of natural resources that provide energy.

Ian was a strange hurricane and mis-predicted by USA Gov-funded hurricane experts. . It was supposed to land in the Eastern Panhandle. Instead, it landed in Ft Meyers. It sure had me worried. Though I am on the East Coast of FL.
It’s not unusual for Hurricans to wobble away from what it pre-dicted. Further the cone is only where it’s expected to land but the areas of impact will be far outside the cone....esepcially as wide as Ian was....it was huge! 300 miles wide!
That would not be in the lying, murdering, traitorous nature of "progressives."

I live along the Columbia river and the eco-idiots have screwed it up for decades to save salmon and steelhead.
First, salmon and steelhead swim up stream to lay eggs.
Problem: Lamprey predators eat the eggs.
Solution: introduce new predators, northern pike minnow, to eat existing Lamprey.
New predators decimate their food source and now eat eggs. Also native tribes claim Lamprey are historically cultural food source.
Revised solution; pay fisherman to to catch northern pike minnows.
Marine mammal act: protect seals and sea lions
Problem: seals and sea lions eat salmon and steelhead entering the river and now live by the thousands at the mouth of the Columbia.
New problem; balancing the protection of seals and sea lions with the lives of salmon and steelhead.
Cause of all problems; white men.
Solution: tear down the dams and reduce fishing.
Interesting story. It just escalates and keeps getting worse.
