There are human sites in SA that go back 300,000 years. These are just a bunch of newcomers.
Many years ago I was visiting a friend in NYC. He showed me an ancient figurine about 10 inches tall. I don’t remember if it was wooden or stone. He asked me if I knew where it was from. I said, “That’s easy. It’s from Egypt...probably out of a pyramid.” He laughed, and told me it was found in Peru.
