Agreed. They nevertheless have published good work as long as it doesn't threaten the CCP. They have to be careful how they present SARS2.

If the work is based on the location of the outbreak, I don't even bother. If it is about subjects with increased ferritin levels, I'm paying close attention.

Coronaviruses are just a group of RNA viruses that got their name from the first electron microscope images, where their spikes made them look like a crown, or in latin, corona. Only 7 are known to infect humans. 4 that cause the common cold, MERS-COV, SARS-COV, and now the Wuhan coronavirus, SARS-COV2.

I see there is a new sect of the FluBros- the ones who claim that their Constitutional rights have been violated by quarantine, and they want to file lawsuits over it. Or start shooting.

Serious denial phase of the pandemic, complete ignorance regarding emergency powers, etc. I’ve seen two vanity threads for this today, and got into a pissing match with one of them last night.

I’m fine with what has come to my state except for the stay-at-home order. I’M ALREADY DOING THAT, out of my own common sense. Most people know better than to run around being idiots, IMO. Of course, FluBros are exempt from my assessment of the general goodness of the people.

Really? Do you know why we have these hotspots? Do you know why NYC in particular is so bad? In NYC, FluBro-in-Chief Mayor Bill de Blasio denied and avoided doing a whole bunch of things to stop the spread - like shutting down the subways - and encouraged public gatherings. He’s not the only one, but he’s a prime example of FluBroism. So when people started seeing the numbers in NYC, there was a mass exodus. But many were already infected and are now filling up the hospitals in states all up and down the east coast.

There was a report right here about a hospital in a New England state (Vermont, I am guessing, based on the poster) filled up with CCP-19 refugees from NYC. Others are reporting similar situations in other states as the infected from NYC flood out into the formerly untainted countryside. Screw the locals, right, ‘cuz it’s just the flu?

So, yeah, FluBros broke the 15 Days thing.
