What Bolton said in a Ukraine interview about Trumps Ukraine phone call before he (Bolton) was fired
1. That Trump used the meeting to pressure and coerce Zelensky (the calls were “warm and cordial”),
2. That Trump wouldn’t meet with Zelensky unless the Ukraine president helped meddle in the next U.S. election (Trump was planning a meeting in Warsaw), and
3. That Trump is lying when he says his phone calls with Zelensky focused on concerns about corruption in Ukraine.
In the video, what Ambassador Bolton tells the reporter appears to discredit the Democrats’ narrative:
“I will be meeting with President Zelensky. He and President Trump have already spoken twice. The president called to congratulation President Zelensky on his election and on his success in the parliamentary election.
“They were very warm and cordial calls. We’re hoping they’ll be able to meet in Warsaw for a few minutes together, because the success of Ukraine, maintaining its free, its system of representative government, a free market economy, a free of corruption, and dealing with the problems of the Danbass in the Crimea are high priorities here, obviously, but high priorities for the United States, as well.”

When did the NYSlimes get the information and how long did they sit on it - timed to be brought forth to influence the process to remove the POTUS? That’s the news I want to read about - this is like the 11th hour ballsy-ford lies against Kavanaugh all over again.
Not only is whatever Dolton alleged wrote about in his book undermined by the video, schitff past negative statements about Dolton are getting out now as well. Trump’s team is really playing hardball, and I am sure some of the GOP senators are on board.
Seems like Bolton’s patriotism varies according to his leeching off the government’s employment of power. Some sick individual.
No more hiring by Trump of swamp neocons; having this guy as national security advisor with his warmongering record and crazed braggadocio was ridiculous. Why does Trump not hire someone like Sebastian Gorka or Gen. Keane from Fox News as NSA? They have far more loyalty and their views are spot on in harmony with the President’s. There are plenty of talented, educated, folks out there who can fill these jobs. I would rather have had someone with only a grade school education than Bolton; they would have vastly more common sense and would be loyal, he had neither.

Bolton is on tape telling the interviewer “corruption is a problem in Ukraine.”
Maybe there’s a Bolton memo lying around advising Trump “to withhold foreign aid” ...... til we can get to the bottom of it.
NYT secured a copy of the manuscript, the one with classified information in it. So what happens with that? They get to keep it and gradually leak info out the next year? I don’t see any FBI raids, arrests, injunctions, consequences for them having a copy. Like who gave it to them? How did they get it?

Bolton has been on the oligarch gravy train too. He’s taken cash from a $10 million Clinton gold club donor. If this bastard ever ends up under oath being cross examined by Trump’s team his rear is had.
It’s not over until ALL who lied to the US citizens are penniless and in jail.
I know with certainty that The Gay Lady lies. The reporting of what is allegedly in Bolton’s book is not conclusive of anything!
I’m willing to wait and see if there is any light in the whole characterization of what JB has done (or not done).
Trump is good at negotiating by throwing problems at the opposite camp instead of helping it, and he should apply that method in his hiring of people too. Good thing he is not afraid to fire them, tho
