Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

I read two articles stating that Trump barred Epstein from Mar A Lago after Ep hit on an underage female. One article said 18 yrs old.
Trump banning Epstein would not leave a paper trail, unless there was a legal restraining order (which I never read). So it was most likely a verbal banning; so managers at Mar A Lago would know, Trump would know, and Epstein would know. Where would one even dig to find more info? I have no idea.
IMHO most likely Trump did ban him. Until and unless more info comes out, there is not likely to be some old headline about it.
I read in the UK Daily Mail article that Epstein’s arrest is the result of an 11 month long investigation.
I also read someone’s supposition that Acosta may have been threatened. I doubt if Trump would have hired a man who purposely let Epstein get a slap on the wrist otherwise.
I posted just a bit before but repeating so you see it, that the UK Daily Mail article (with the photo of the busted in door) said the investigation into Epstein took 11 months.
The Jeff Carlson tweet [JULY 7, 2019] cites the WAPO.com site., wherein he reports:

So she’s ‘assisting’ the lead attorney. Maybe a case of keeping her close at hand to ensure she’s not up to something else. Using her to leak false info to DS or such. She’s not making the call on anything being my point.
It looks so bad, with Maurene and SDNY, it may be good. It may be a sting. It may be a flip. It may be SDNY getting Epstein off the street, to shut him up, to try and protect the Cabal. DOJ can corral SDNY if they go off the reservation.
