There were so many astonishing moments in this interview it is impossible to cover them in one column. Let’s hit some highlights that will define the gross malfeasance of Andrew McCabe.

The worst part of both interview Is that mccabe still can’t say WHY they started the investigation or as Bongino would say “what was paragraph one”?
Did you notice how, during the Andrew McCabe interview with “60 Minutes,” the former FBI acting director kept talking about “articulable facts?”
Like ex-CIA boss John Brennan and disgraced former FBI Director James Comey, McCabe was coining his own phrase to explain why the intelligence community started spying the Trump team. But the justification for mounting a probe should not lie in weasel words. It belongs in something known in law enforcement circles as “Paragraph One.”
Paragraph One in federal investigations lays out precisely why the investigation began and how. You can’t skip over it with fanciful phrases or empty verbiage. Yet, in the case of the counter-intelligence probe that targeted Team Trump, it has been two years and we are still waiting for someone to articulate a clear reason why the program began.
McCabe told Scott Pelley the FBI had a bunch of “articulable facts,” but he didn’t bother to articulate them. Earlier, Comey told Fox News Channel’s Bret Baier the investigation was justified by a “mosaic of facts.” The impetus was described by Brennan in still another interview as the “corpus of intelligence.”
Is anybody ever going to describe what this is? Put yourself in Trump’s shoes. He is being investigated as a potential traitor to the United States for colluding with a foreign power and no one has yet described why they were investigating the Trump team during the campaign.
Here’s why they can’t say what the “articulable facts,” “mosaic,” or “corpus” really are. Because it was the dossier, commissioned and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and later thoroughly discredited that prompted the never-ending probe. It was compiled by Trump-hating ex-British spy Christopher Steele, on behalf of Fusion GPS, which was hired by a law firm which in turn contracted with Clinton to get dirt – real or fake – on Trump. The dossier was the “predicate crime,” but now that it has been debunked, it is pretty hard to acknowledge what a house of cards this whole investigation has been.

I thought it was NYPD but I missed this part, “the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY)” So, the laptop was in the possession of the FBI NY Field Office, not NYPD. The agent/officer who first discovered the emails was concerned over the lack of attention/failure from the top FBI so he was trying to cover his tail.

I watch Jeopardy!, which continues its slide to the left, Indycar and Canadian football, otherwise the home theatre is used for movies, etc. Well, I used to like Big Bang Theory and Last Man Standing, but both

Barack Obama got a brutal dose of karma the other day via a court. He is building his presidential library and worked out a sweetheart deal with the city, led by his former chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, to grab some prime public land.
The land is for public use so some residents objected, asking why not use other, less desirable public land that could use an economic boon the library could bring?
Obama chose arrogance and insisted on his preferred site…they love him in Chicago so only a supremely arrogant maneuver like this one could cause such a backlash.
A group of concerned citizens sued the Obama library in federal court and the judge just made a key ruling in their favor and at Obama’s expense.

Evidently, what I thought was humorous and harmless banter offended you.
We post and discuss such foul topics here the atmosphere gets very heavy at times. I post these things with a smirk to try and lighten the mood a little bit. I’ve seen worse at the grocery store checkout counter.
You’ve asked me very nicely to stop posting offensive pictures, and I respect that. I don’t find a woman’s clothed bum offensive. Naked would be offensive. That’s why I posted the ‘art’ pictures as comparison. Also with a wink and a smirk.
I acknowledge the rule of thumb on FR is that we shouldn’t post anything that isn’t ‘family friendly’ but when we’re talking about human trafficking, corruption, abortion, and crimes against children, I’m just assuming that these threads by their very nature are not family friendly.
We can take this conversation to private messaging now, where I’m happy to entertain complaints and suggestions.
Tensions are high right now and things are about to get bumpy.
