Seriously? LOL...the weather people are hysterics and they always have that terrible smile plastered on their faces, when screaming about how “bad” something is going to be.

The people in Buffalo say the same thing, but they add about three feet of snow on top of it...
I don't get those on my landline, but I did get one alert not long after I got my iPhone, and shut that particular option off. The thing that bugs me are the banner alerts that scroll across the TV screen, with the annoying buzzer noise that goes with them. Half the time they are for counties not even near me. The freakin' things then show up on all the programs I've recorded on my DVR, when I finally get around to watching them a day or two later. Wish there was an option to turn those damn things off.

2” of snow we don’t even bother to plow. We’ve had 4’ in the last two weeks.
