“But my main carry is a Glock G26.”
Same.
And extra mag.
I have a nice and compact 9 mm pistol, with which I can shoot inside a 6” circle on target 30 feet away. It is deadly accurate!
13 oz .357 is just plain painful to light off. OK for SD, but practice or plinking is a bitch.
Charter Arms 5 shot .38 cheapie.
Good enough for any potential need I foresee and nothing that I would have great concern having confiscated or losing in a boating accident.
Nah, I don’t carry a gun because my life isn’t worth it. So says the state of California.
Yes, very nice for deep carry.
That is most definitely true.
Revolvers, yeah. Dragnet. The Untouchables. Adam 12.
At almost 30 oz, yeah heavy. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. No heavier than my CZ 97B at about 40, and that may be without 11 chubby .45 rounds.
But boy—you gotta carry that weight, carry that weight a long time.
Mine is true blue with the CZ aluminum grips to make it thinner, fiber optic front sight ... my Precious.
A revolver is too bulky & it prints. Only five or six rounds. Most importantly fat, stupid revolvers makes me look fat, Precious.
20th century revolvers should live in your car or end table. There, I said it. Back to you Chet.
I had a Ruger LCR (38). Painful to shoot and couldn’t hit the target. Every friend who tried it said, “ouch”. Wonderful size and weight, but I sold it. I may get the slightly heavier version.
Anyone open carry a Taurus Judge or Public Defender? ;-)

Try a Mika brand holster, available in either round or square bottom according to your need.
I carry a S&W 422 .38+P. There’s no open carry in Florida.
Aah, another CZ-82 owner. I love mine for hot weather carry.
Those 9x18 hollow-points at close range will definitely mess a bad guy up.
Smith J frame in 38 + p. With a Crimson Trace Laser, since the sites are so horrible (by design, so as not to snag on clothing).
S&W 629 with a 5 1/2” barrel for activities in the woods. Great ATV gun.
Ha, ha, I think everybody starts out with an Uncle Mikes. But you are correct, anybody in the game long enough should know how important having a good quality holster is, also a belt, if worn around the hips.
