Comey firing was mishandled.

Absolutely not. The fact that it hit the news after the fact without any leaks or even so much as a hint of a rumor tells me that it was done perfectly.

"Yeah, no one around here has ever turned on a Republican president."

I think it comes down to this-- With the dems/libs, they will sit in the car with their president until it goes over a cliff. It's like when an urban youth kills someone-- he was a good boy, he was turning his life around, he was framed. Just blind loyalty to death.

But Conservatives actually think. We theoretically model and worry about the future before it gets here. That takes a lot of brains. We see problems forming before they do, and we can sense when we are moving in the wrong direction. instead of blind loyalty to a man, our loyalty is to our country and to our families. If a man serves us, then he has our support. If our desires are not catered to, we formulate the next step. Libs and conservatives are just apples and oranges. Build the wall, deport millions, erase Obamacare, pull funding for the NEA, UN and drill everywhere we can stick a nozzle. Those are all needed. We hold our men's feet to the fire.

Coulter exists for one reason only: to sell books ($). Criticism from a “supporter” sells much better than defense of an administration.

I saw my own book sales slide in the Bush years which were in essence playing defense.

What does your friend Matt Drudge think of all of this? Recently on Michael Savage’s radio show he seemed nervous about the Trump administration.

I’ll let him speak for himself, but I think all of the Trump true believers are petrified.

Here's a novel idea Ann, how about you let ALL of us speak for ourselves ?

Ann must have forgotten that Trump has to have Republican Congressional support to accomplish most of his goals. So far, he has not gotten much support from that group. Just look at the leader the House keeps appointing.

There are many many parts of the “comey firing”

Yes, part of it has been mishandled. So I will disagree with you. There should have been a clear message as to why he was fired. On point. Not a conflicting mish mash that ends up with POTUS saying on National TV it was because Comey was investigating his and his staff Russian connections

Spicer is not at fault here. But he will be lucky to survive it.

‘She is wondering where his negotiation skills are?’

Negotiations only succeed if they’re conducted in good faith. Paul Ryan has made no secret of the fact that he hates Trump’s guts. He wants him to fail. How do you negotiate with someone whose goal is your failure?

McConnell is not quite as overt, but he hasn’t supported Trump one one-hundredth as much as he supported Obama. McConnell serves the Globalist Uniparty. To him, Trump is a threat.

But foremost has been the IC’s naked, shameless attempt to destroy Trump. That’s been happening from day one. You can’t negotiate with that either. Trump took the first step by firing Comey. Now McCabe needs to go, and then Trump’s appointees can attempt to rein in the remaining Trump-haters.

It takes time. Smart people should grasp that. Coulter is smart, but she gets some kind of thrill out of this backstabbing maneuver. She’s done it before.

Skeletor is clearly suffering from menopausal insanity and can’t seem to keep a cohesive thought in her very changeable mind. Ann darling take the treatments and stop making a fool of yourself.

Great post. I agree with your assessment. Except for the “disappointment” part. I definitely want more than we have yet, but what keeps me from feeling disappointment is the constant progress. Not always at the speed I’d like, but definitely in the right direction.

IMO, and I really hope that I’m correct about this, some of the things that Trump is tackling require a lot of groundwork to be laid and this takes time. Example: Nominate Sessions for AG, get him approved, fire Comey. Pretty sure those steps needed to occur in that order. Also pretty sure they are leading up to additional actions. Getting Gorsuch on the SC was also an important step toward many future accomplishments.

I agree with your criticisms, but I am still hopeful that they are temporary, or part of a larger plan.

Ann in not perfect, but we are extremely fortunate to have her arguing on out side.

Bump! Ann is great and yes I am worried about Trump not keeping his promises too.

Yes, and to top that off, Mark Levin is posting that Trump is reneging on his promise of moving the embassy to Jerusalem. None of this is good PR.

Betrayal, again?
Mark Levin·Sunday, May 14, 2017
.
During the presidential campaign, Trump promised over and over again that he would move the American embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. Less than 4-months after taking office, he is breaking his promise. Now Tillerson is trying to link a peace deal with the Palestinians to moving the embassy. And Trump’s National Security adviser, McMaster, as well as Tillerson, are intentionally calling Palestinian occupied territory “Palestine” — as if it is a separate state. These are extremely troubling acts and statements. Why is Trump preparing to betray Israel?

To control the sheep, peasants, and serfs[taxpayers that keep them in money]. Also to keep them in their place and make sure they stay there. They also have the local police forces to do that initially. When it gets to be too much for the locals to handle, then they step in. They do not care, nor are they worried when the criminal element runs amok. They are no threat to them. It is only when the law abiding American Citizens start demanding their Rights given to them by the Constitution, such as electing Donald Trump President that they get nervous.

“He” doesn’t have control over who is Speaker or Majority Leader.

The best negotiator in the world can’t do much with a Dem senate (McTurd, Grahamnesty and Collins give us a minority, not to mention Burr and Tillerson & Murkowski.

Therefore, this is not “drain the swamp”-—it is that game of pulling one stick out of the pile at a time without collapsing everything.

When she backed out of speaking at Berkeley I loathed her.

She did not back out, she was uninvited by the student organizations that invited her.
