Barack Obama has been whisked to a very good table at the club of former presidents, according to a C-SPAN survey of 91 presidential historians published on Friday. Obama’s 12th-place ranking only a month after leaving office is the best for any president since Ronald Reagan, who ranks ninth in the new survey. The list updates previous C-SPAN surveys compiled in 2009 and 2000.

Combining Obama and Best President is an oxymoron.
In time, TRUTH will out. - They’ve got us between a rock &

we’ve got to also pooh-pooh their vote on Reagan as “ninth”

I heard that he ranked 5th.
Reagan and Lincoln tied for 1st
Seventeen presidents tied for second
Twenty three presidents tied for third
Jimmy Carter came in fourth
and Obambo was fifth.
I’m pretty sure 12th is correct...12th best since 1980.

Ironically for them, if Obama had shown achievement in any area, any at all, their rating wouldn’t be such a glaring example of bias.
I could write a book about Obama’s transgressions and character flaws but one of the most lasting was his attitude: he never stopped acting as if he was doing the US a favor. We are well shot of him.
Take a look at those they surveyed. Many aren’t “historians” at all. Others are journalists, like Cokie Roberts.
More Fake News.
It’s a known fact that memory of a president’s greatness wanes over time. Who remembers the greatness of Millard Fillmore, darling of the Know Nothing Party? The fact that Obama is this low already, a month after he leaves office does not bode well for his legacy.
