This week a team of paleontologists described a new link in the chain of human evolution — and it isn’t pretty. With its “bag-like body,” “prominent mouth” and no anus (it likely excreted waste from openings by its mouth, almost like primitive gills), the Saccorhytus looks like it crawled off the set of “Alien,” but researchers say the millimeter-long organism is a key early branch off our tree of life.

that probability is beyond the realm of it being possible- beyond a certain point, and it’s no longer possible- and that is just for one ‘evolution’ into a single cell- one positive mutation to occur in higher species- etc- considering that we are made of many billions of complex cells, and considering hte4 fact that as you pointed out it would take that astronomical probability to create a simple protein correctly, lie absolutely does point to an intelligent designer- not to mention that it’s biologically, mathematically, thermodynamically, chemically impossible for life to have evolved- It takes a tremendous amount of faith- blind faith- to believe life could have arisen from a soup of chemicals-

We shouldn't be too harsh on her. Justice Scalia held her in high regard as a person, although he disagreed bigly with her jurisprudence.

My problem with evolution is that the most impossible odds had to no only be beaten but be CONTINUALLY beaten every day for millions of years. “billion years”isn’t very long if million to one or better odds have to come in to accomplish any progress.
Apparently one CAN just make $#!][ up.
