Really, I don't recall her answering this way during any of the debates. Did her memory suddenly improve?

I don’t think so, but during the fitness for office, Trump should have blasted her on not being able to recall. Imagine a president that can’t remember what happened two years ago.

HilLIARy had a set of answers rehearsed.
When she hear certain keywords, she launched into a prepared answer, not necessarily to the question asked.
You don’t suppose she lied to the feds do you? LOL! Did she open her mouth? She lied.
During the debates she was only under a moral “oath” to the People vs. a legal oath - she had no reason not to make up more lies.....when she couldn’t make up a good lie on the spot she instructed folks to “check my website for the lies we currently espouse”
That is a damn good point. Her memory comes back when

Hillary has no problem recalling (falsely) a speech she gave in Brazil years ago about her dream of open borders but she has a real problem recalling most everything when questioned about her emails and the people involved e.g. IT Specialist responsible for her illegal server Bryan Pagliano.

When it's convenient for her SHE DOES NOT RECALL. Yet the emails show she directly addressed Pagliano for help.
She should shit out any lie she wanted. The moderator, nor MSM, or Snopes or Politifact whatever will call her on it.

In the debates, she can answer with a lie other than “I don’t recall.” So, she just lied, or refused to answer.
