I think Trump's point was that he would look at the actual election results - and not concede if it looks like Hillary is ahead since the result might be tainted by fraud.

Hillary's attempt to spin his position, which is what every politician's position is, was despicable. Every state has recount procedures, and provisions for candidates to challenge election outcomes. Democrats do it whenever they lose. Remember Al Gore?

I won’t accept Hillary Clinton under any circumstance. I would hope that Trump would attempt to take power by using his influence to direct a rebellion. We all hope the system isn’t too rigged for us to win, but the fact is we have no idea.
