Maybe... but what if one were to make the argument that Huma is HRC’s de facto spouse who holds the keys to Hillary’s lesbian heart, and that Chelsea is a kid conceived out of political necessity and nothing more even now... not even related to the man who raised her?

WIKI also exposed Chelsea’s billing issues. She tried to bill the foundation for work she wasn’t doing......they called her out on it. Just laundering some of that foundation money into her own pocket. She knows how to do that....didn’t Hillary fudge her billable hours at the Rose Law firm? Been so long my memory is foggy. And who at the foundation put up that secretary to falsely accuse Trump of groping her?

Yep that all seems like a logical sequence of progression to an impressive doctorate like “International Relations.”

Looking at the requirements I’d say it would have been difficult for her to adhere to all the requirements. I could be wrong, but this is what they describe a “full time, three year requirement.”
Chelsea probably can’t balance her own checkbook.

She’s so dumb that she bought a truck full of checks so she’d never be out of money.
How awkward and uncoordinated must one be to get hit in the head two times by a floating disc?
Indeed, Hillary is not long for this earth, and with her passing, the need for Huma will end. At that point, she will be set up in some sort of cushy, seven-figure lobbyist job, or given her own consulting firm, with the caveat that her Hillary “secrets” remain under wraps, forever. If she refuses to play that game, well, the Clintons have a way of handling those situations, too.
Chelsea will be given every opportunity to perpetuate the Clinton machine into the next generation (and beyond), but she’s not up to the task. Truth be told, she’s more than a bit lazy, someone who’s had everything in life handed to her and expects everyone to literally fall at her feet. She may run for office (and even win), but Chelsea will never make it to the White House. Plenty of Democratic pols who aren’t afraid of her and will be more than willing to take her on, particularly after Bill and Hill are gone (and that won’t be long).
Chelsea’s long-term career path will be sustaining the graft machine known as the Clinton Foundation and the benefits that come with that. She will also function as her family’s primary bread-winner, since her husband shows no talent for anything. He spent the first two years of their marriage as a ski bum, and when he finally went to work, he promptly lost millions of investor dollars in a Greek hedge fund. Again, once Bill and Hill have moved on to their special spit in the lowest level of hell, the boys and girls on Wall Street will have no reason to sink more money into his latest investment scheme.
