My son is a private iPhone App contractor based in NYC and was in Monaco for vacation/business development. He was scheduled to leave today out of the Nice Airport to JFK.
I’ve been worried about him but he looks like from FMF he’s at the gate now. [BTW, my son is not very talkative so it’s been a little worrying through the night]. Tried not to jam up with calls to the area, etc.
At least I have his flight information now, so that’s something.

The NYT calls it a “truck attack”? Just one of those random acts of “truck violence” that could happen anywhere. And whatever you do, don’t mention Islam...
Prayers that you get some rest and reassurance soon. Always worrisome when loved ones travel Much worse when they are near these horrific acts.
The next time you hear it, just replace it with the word "disease."
