There’s a number of impotent gasbags over at NRO, but Cooke is one of the worst.

Against the Dangerous Myth that the GOP Has Given Obama Everything He Wanted The "National Respew" mouthpiece of the GOPe. I'd like to know what major issue the Boehner, McConnell and Ryno aka "GOP leadership" has not sold out the voters?

Without the GOP manning the barricades, Obamacare could well have been single payer, and, at the very least, the law would have included a public option. I believe Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-CT) gets more credit for this than the 'pubbies.

The time for this article was a year ago or more. After the Omnibus Spending Bill the impression that the GOP gave 0bama everything he wanted is indelible and based on cold fact.

“Dangerous” is the Establishment Word of the Week. I wouldn’t read an NR article even without the words “dangerous” and “myth” in the title.

CHARLES C. W. COOKE = Fantasy and Fiction Parleyed to Propaganda
The GOPe is real, its globalist agenda is real, its deceit is palpable. Facts confirm all of this.

So now National Review wants to pretend the GOP wasn't complicit in the Obama regime? Tell me something National Review, what did CONSERVATIVES do to STOP the passing of the latest $1 TRILLION budget?
Where were conservatives on executive actions? Where were they on the repeal of Obamacare? Reigning in the IRS, EPA, DOE, or DOJ? Where were they in holding in contempt Lois Lerner?
CONSERVATIVES AND THE GOP DESERVE EVERY BIT OF ANGER AND CONTEMPT DIRECTED THEIR WAY!
Now Charlie Cooke wants us to stop the narrative that is based in reality. Screw off Cooke.
