This video was a parody that opened a talk at the Church Leaders Conference encouraging people to see past the stereotypes and recognizing the unique potential that millennials have!

Give me a break. I’m a bay boomer. No one has screwed things up more tgan boomers - who are, btw, the leaders of millennials, but just too self absorbed to admit responsibility
See that?
Baby boomer
Sorry for you’re failure ......:o)

NAILED IT!
I’m starting to hear more Millennials say that they dislike, even loathe that term ‘Millennials’, and see it as a subtle put down. What can you say? Every generation has some sort of nickname, just so we know who is being spoken of.
I often wondered if the ‘Silent Generation’: people born from mid 1920s to the early 40’s resented that label. It sounds fairly passive. This generation would include my parents, who were born 1930 and 1932. I always considered them of the Post Depression generation; survivors and resilient innovators.
Ha ha
But honestly, I just found this parody bigoted and shallow. Where I am, it’s very difficult to find anyone to even talk to about anything. Tgey run around in circles. It’s why I didn’t bring up my kids here. If I want to talk to someone sane, the millennials in my life are where I start. The boomers are intoxicated
“see it as a subtle put down”
Subtle?? Heck, it is direct! Nothing says snotty little snowflake with a temper tantrum bullyboy attitude than ‘Millennial’.
Pajama Boy is more direct. Come to think of it, I haven’t seen that guy P.J. anywhere since he took that infamous Decmber photo holding his cocoa while dressed in a gingham onesie.
No one has screwed things up more tgan boomers....I loudly proclaimed that when I got off the plane from VN. “We won a war and these a**holes got the government to give it away?”
Today I think we know them as the “Greatest Generation.”
I’m starting to think that very little about these little tyrants is funny. (Although I must appreciate the talent of the guy who made the video).
I’m a millennial. There are far more stupid, head-up-ass millennials than there are stupid, head-up-ass boomers — but what baffles me is how many of these retarded socialist millennials are the offspring of sensible, decent, conservative boomers.

College.
I would say they tend to drink too much - but lots of people in my age cohort did the same at their age.
The biggest difference that I can see is that the Millenials do not seem to make very much money relative to their cost-of-living and they are not getting married or starting families.
“... offspring of sensible, decent, conservative boomers.”
I know a lot of the sensible, decent, conservative boomers. Some with illogical kids who can’t string a sentence together and get get jobs after racking up debt at school.
Smart and conservative doesn’t guarantee
My observation is parents don’t think of their kids as adults. They don’t allow kids to be people to make mistakes and learn They don’t consult kids on family decisions, which they should do at puberty.
They’re crippled
It all goes back to birth control. Too much parental control. Not enough kids
Talk to everyone , learn to listen regardless of your beliefs and then weigh the intelligence and faults of each generation. We learn from failure for the most part. New thinking can and does work with old, good and bad in everything and everyone around us...... regardless of generational labels used to divide and conquer per se...:o)
You Stay Safe and don’t give up or get frustrated with those older or younger. Be a sponge and learn the pros and cons of each generation.
And never trust a polidiot or a presstitute !
I totally agree. It’s why I objected to this nasty shallow video
