Don't worry Rush, it wasn't your fault about Rubio. He blamed himself, not his supporters. As far as Ted Cruz, I'll be tuning in for at least the first half hour to hear your cutting edge appraisal of Trumps historic numbers.
If you took Hannity’s intellect and converted it to electricity, you couldn’t toast bread. He get paid a lot of money to basically be an RNC parrot, no one who is a deep independent thinker could listen to him for more than a few minutes without their head exploding.
Rush had some intellect but I think he’s gone senile lately. Haven’t listened to him in years but the some stuff that he’s saying this election cycle certainly seems to come across as he’s in the tank for the establishment.

I watched the Fox coverage for the first time in a long time tonight.
They seem to have given up on Jeb and Rubio. O’Reilly even had a panelist who “loves” Trump. I sure as hell never saw that before.
Fox will back Trump against Cruz in SC.
Agree with you. Seemed Rush was just pointing out that Rubio’s statement was correct, but that got lost in the chaos. It IS possible for Rubio to have some valid viewpoints, and be off track on others. Seems ALL the candidates suffer that human frailty. None are perfect.
Rush isn’t endorsing any of them and clarifies that repeatedly, he’s just discussing the events, the candidates, and the possibilities - it seems to me.
I’m surprised there’s so much hostility about Rush. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t. He’s an icon of the conservative movement. Does be really deserve all this vitriol?

Rush’s minor failing is that he will support those who prove him right as Rubio did with his 4X speech. Now, Rush will move on from him.
I hope he will not mention Rubio except in passing.

I like many, many, many remember when the first time... the first time we heard Rush.
After my conversion, It took me a year to quit feeling guilty about voting for Jimmy Carter, I discovered I was unaware and indoctrinated. Rush didn’t Tell me, I was addicted to his show and I figured it out on my own. The guilt and embarrassment caused by his enlightenment (OK Education) was salved by his Humor.
I was a stupid DEM (just Vote Dem) until the Clarence Thomas Hearings and I heard Rush, I have been hooked ever since, opinionated ever since... (a Light came on). Just the opposite of a mind numbed robot, now I pay attention to what the Establishment says and know what is coming down the pike.
Rush opened many eyes, he needs to kneel to no-one but God.
Selective listening or hearing what you want to hear is your choice.

While I do not listen to Rush, occasionally I will ‘read’ some threads that have his name attached...
My prediction is that Rush will first and foremost talk about himself being ever so important in this campaign season... some drive-by media will have invoked his name affixed to one or more candidate.... then it will be that old standby of him knowing liberals like right down to the fuzz in his belly button....

Two possibles:
1. They have dirt on Rush. He was a prescription pill addict and no telling what he did or said back then.
2. He makes a lot of money and has sponsors. Might be a factor
3. They went to him with b.s. polls and said, “Trump cannot, never ever no way win a general election. Cruz can’t either. Look at all these polls. Therefore, back Rube and he can win.”
Something is odd. Rubio is obviously NOT a conservative and he’s a dealmaking Obama Lite.
Somehow they co-opted Rush.

I am not convinced he ‘turned’.... I think he is very calculating about who he can ‘hook’ into filling his bank account. Now that it is filled he can be who he has been all along.
