Following last week’s terrorist attack in Paris, which claimed 129 lives, French President François Hollande announced his intention of finding his inner-Robespierre and employing the guillotine to execute ISIS-linked terrorists.
“While we have not beheaded anyone in a really, really long time, the chance to see these jihadi ****heads getting their heads lobbed off is just too good to pass up,†Hollande said in press conference.
In response, ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has filed a grievance with the UN Human Rights Council, calling France’s treatment of ISIS terrorists “totally unfair.â€
“You can’t just go around beheading people,†Baghdadi declared. “Aren’t there international laws against this? I demand that all our captured fighters be treated humanely.â€
Following France’s announcement, U.S. President Barack Obama formally apologized for ordering an airstrike against ISIS executioner Jihadi John, noting that it would have been much more satisfying to see JJ’s head roll around the public square.

Yes. Satire. Except the part where Obama apologizes. That’s plausible.
I hope Frances broadcasts it to the world.

Better yet - beheaded, then dropped off at a pig farm for lunch.

I think the savage’s protest should have been labeled as humor.
I did notice Obama’s apology but didn’t talk it up because I thought he might be being sarcastic.
Captured fighters? They are cowards executing innocents. Dress them in a freshly slaughtered skin of a large pig and then behead them.

1977. Jimmy Carter was in office. Not so long ago. But I don't want to step on good satire.
A better parody would have the Liberal leaders in Europe declaring that they will use the captured Islamists as gay sex slaves.
I now am inclined to believe the entire article is a fabrication, simply a sarcastic take on events. I searched the new and couldn’t find any other source for this. I would not have posted it otherwise.
It took me a couple of sentences in to see this was satire.
But really, the guillotine is too slow for the purpose it would be used for. Cycle time (Raising blade, placing perpetrator in horizontal position face down, securing perpetrator, getting everybody else clear, tripping blade, rolling corpse off, replacing receiver bucket with empty one, and starting cycle over again) just takes too long, considering the number that would have to be dispatched, even running extended hours.
Maybe several lines to separate guillotines could be set up, to speed the process.
One of that sites articles was “about” Israel destroying a CNN studio...for presenting lousy “news”.
