Ping.
Pigs. The 75% of cops who are scumbags really make the rest of them look bad.
Well, Hey, at least the cops got to go home safe after their shift. That’s what it’s all about.

At the very least, the cops need to pick up the ambulance tab out of their own pocket. Any decent cops would've put on their lights and asked them to follow the squad car to the hospital.
The Daily Mail doing the jobs that American newspapers refuse to do.
Back in my younger days, I believed that the police were your friend. In fact, I even taught my children, do not be afraid of the police. The police are your friends. And at that day and time, they were.
How things have changed! Just based on my interaction[s] with them and I have violated no law, I now advise my grandchildren to avoid all contact with them that is possible.
FELONY KIDNAPPING
ARMED ROBBERY
USING A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A VIOLENT FELONY
CONSPIRACY TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE
OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.
THEY BELONG IN PRISON FOR LIFE!
sorry for screaming
People in America are wising up, if the opportunity arises they won’t call the police, they will administer frontier justice.
Backhoes are selling very well in recent years.
Whenever a governmental worker (including police) screws up badly, they hardly ever get held to account. Only the taxpayers end up paying the tab.
What is the probability that anybody in the EPA will lose their jobs after the disastrous Colorado River spill they are responsible for?
Obviously the couple was not a minority, or the story line would have been changed to profiling and racism on the part of the police.
Little piggies making their own problem
When I was a boy they would have helped
Now they are all jacked up
Fire them. Strip them of their pensions and prosecute.
It’s not always a bad thing when a cop gets shot.
THIS SHOULD SCARE THE HELL OUT OF EVERY THOUGHTFUL CITIZEN.
It was recently admitted by a former police administrator that the INTELLIGENCE TEST most departments give to applicants is to SCREEN OUT THE MORE INTELLIGENT among them. They want folks who are not all that smart BUT will “unfailingly follow orders” because, except for those brighter ones who get off on their power, they soon grow weary of the boredom and routine and move on to other jobs. (Anyone recall where that phrase “...just following orders” failed to protect a particularly onerous gang of government officials?)
Think about it. While there ARE exceptions — and I’ve known dozens and some are in my family — that frequently results in departments staffed with smart guys who get off on the authority and power and some rather less intelligent ones who either don’t possess or exercise GOOD JUDGEMENT or COMMON SENSE! Too many of them believe they are hammers to whom everything looks like a nail!
Perhaps if the legislators — you know, the otherwise ordinary citizens we send to “important” places to operate the machinery of the system in our behalf and for our benefit (allegedly!) — who also get off on THEIR power, stopped making ridiculous and asinine laws, we wouldn’t require so many cops and other enforcers in the first place. The alternative to that madness is called FREEDOM and we’re losing it as you read this.
Now, if you STILL don’t understand where this will take (HAS TAKEN?) us, read the passage below from the Ayn Rand classic, “Atlas Shrugged”.
“Did you really think we want those laws observed? said Dr. Ferris. We want them to be broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against... We’re after power and we mean it... There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted and you create a nation of law-breakers and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with. (’Atlas Shrugged’ 1957)
These thugs should have been fired, at the very least.
So who has the settlement pool?
I’m guessing $20M.
Prayers for this family to heal and grow in love and joy. Prayers, also, for the crazy cops who spoiled a joyful event forever.
“My wife is having a baby”
“We don’t give a s**t get down”
LOL!
That was bad and an example of very poor, heartless judgement.
