I could ask you the same question, are you in favor of rescinding the draconian penalities against alcohol consumption to individuals who YOUR government deems too young to drink?
You've just made my point! The legal penalties imposed on minors for purchasing, possessing, and/or consuming alcohol ARE NOT draconian - nor should they be.
