For one thing, can we quit calling it domestic abuse, and just start calling it a fist fight?

I like it, and you can deny based on the number of STDs as a danger to their children.

Is it only gay men that are prohibited from giving blood? What about lesbians?

This change would be covered by the 10th Amendment for States Rights.

Hmmmm I thought that marriage WAS a states rights issue...

Making new laws for same sex marriage only further legitimizes, and entrenches it in our society.

The goal IMO should be to stop them cold in their tracks, wrap them up in shame, send them back to their closets, and out of our faces.

I am sure new laws will pull them right into line.

I mean, you just know that a homosexual would never lie to you or himself about anything. Especially anything that is gonna make him feel even better about himself.

I’m pretty sure it’s sexual relations which carries the health risk, not the act of marriage.

If you’re checking for STDs in relation to a marriage license application - for both heterosexuals and homosexuals - you’re probably too late. And, for all the pregnant brides, you’re certainly too late.

I remember getting into a ‘discussion’ with a fellow one time about homo diseases. His claim was that monogamous homos (good luck on finding one) were immune from catching sexually transmitted diseases the same way that sexually faithful husbands and wives were immune. A quick bit of research soon put an end to that crap as it was child’s play to prove to him that anal sex is so dangerous that it makes no difference if the practitioners are monogamous or not.

New laws huh? How about new jobs for divorce lawyers who specialize in gay couples? I can see the ads now.

Really? After the scotus destroyed America in a few days, do you think these clowns are going to let you put a caveat on gay marriage. Any change will not happen by legislation any more. Time to take off the gloves.

States need to be first to say no.....then the people need to back the states.
This will get ugly. But not uglier than what has happened this week

I don’t know...marriage might mean they start having less sex, not more. That part might work the same for them.

The sodomite lobby is ahead of you on this by a few years.

They want to strike down the ban on homosexual blood and organ donation.

They want to strike down notification laws that require those with AIDS to notify their potential sex partners of their infection.

This reminds me - the libtards always complained about needing “marriage equality” because gays were being “denied rights,” like hospital visits.

Bullcrap.

If I want to go see Angelina Jolie in the hospital, I would need legal proof that I had a right to do so in the form of a marriage certificate. Gays could get similar legal proof in the form of a power of attorney. That option was always available to them, then just chose not to use that option because it didn’t involve pissing on Christians’ parade.

If you want more of something subsidize it, less? Tax the hell out of it to pay for the trillions spent on AIDS research and the illnesses they spread.

Cigarette tax, gay marriage tax a user’s fee.

Hetero marriage certificates $25

Homo marriage certificates $25,000

They can afford it after all most do not raise children.
