Is it only gay men that are prohibited from giving blood? What about lesbians?
Well, I have given blood many times and if memory serves me correctly, it is only men who have had sex with other men who are excluded. I don't remember seeing anything about 'women who have had sex with women'. There are of course specific statements that have to do with prostitution, drugs etc.
