YES, New Laws are needed for "Same Sex Marriages."
The Supreme Court decision on gay marriage must be amended by stating gay marriage is a health risk to the community. As we know gays are prohibited from giving blood. If you have ever given blood this is one of the questions, "have you had sex with another man". Many STD are transmitted by homosexuals. Therefore there should be a mandatory WAITING PERIOD for a same sex marriage license to be issued. Tests must be required at the application time and at the time the marriage license is issued. A waiting period of XX number of weeks is needed to see if there is any disease present in the same sex applicants. State and local government can pass these laws for same sex marriages. This change would be covered by the 10th Amendment for States Rights.

Making new laws for same sex marriage only further legitimizes, and entrenches it in our society.
The goal IMO should be to stop them cold in their tracks, wrap them up in shame, send them back to their closets, and out of our faces.

I mean, you just know that a homosexual would never lie to you or himself about anything. Especially anything that is gonna make him feel even better about himself.

If you’re checking for STDs in relation to a marriage license application - for both heterosexuals and homosexuals - you’re probably too late. And, for all the pregnant brides, you’re certainly too late.
I remember getting into a ‘discussion’ with a fellow one time about homo diseases. His claim was that monogamous homos (good luck on finding one) were immune from catching sexually transmitted diseases the same way that sexually faithful husbands and wives were immune. A quick bit of research soon put an end to that crap as it was child’s play to prove to him that anal sex is so dangerous that it makes no difference if the practitioners are monogamous or not.
New laws huh? How about new jobs for divorce lawyers who specialize in gay couples? I can see the ads now.
Really? After the scotus destroyed America in a few days, do you think these clowns are going to let you put a caveat on gay marriage. Any change will not happen by legislation any more. Time to take off the gloves.
States need to be first to say no.....then the people need to back the states.

Well, I have given blood many times and if memory serves me correctly, it is only men who have had sex with other men who are excluded. I don't remember seeing anything about 'women who have had sex with women'. There are of course specific statements that have to do with prostitution, drugs etc.
What is gay about this list of diseases found with extraordinary frequency among male homosexual practitioners as a result of anal intercourse is alarming:

Human immunodeficiency virus
Human papilloma virus

Gonorrhea
Viral hepatitis types B & C

I don’t know...marriage might mean they start having less sex, not more. That part might work the same for them.
