So basically he is proposing Amnesty. And like Obama, it will be by His determination and not the rule of law.

I hate to tell you, this guy is a shiny light meant to distract the puppy.

Most illegals work hard and are very productive at what they find. Then they go out Saturday night, drunk up and drive the wrong way on the interstate and kill someone without insurance. Or they are criminals in the first place and who knows if the executive will diagnose what they are in character.

Donald is a Perot type BS-er. Next he will be telling us we will settle it all in a town hall meeting on TV.

Where is the constitution and where is the rule of law.

Absolutely. If you check into what some of these fiscal types have said in the past, illegals were such a great deal for all of us because they would pay into social security in their productive years and not be around to collect it.

Like they would all just magically go back to Mexico or El Salvador or whatever as soon as they retired.

Close the borders and enforce the law the illegals will self deport. Then wages will go up naturally. What is so hard to figure out here?

I'd say .. I want an activist politician with the lousiest hair, most questionable background and a few cross the aisle foibles over soft speaking ones that say the same

Cruz's mild manner will be belittled into the gtound by the overpowering queer presence

I want someone that will say FY to at least SOMEONE !

I’ve never said they were a great deal - would never say that. But I think the other extreme....that every illegal with a job is taking a job from willing Americans...and that none of them pay taxes.....are just as wrong.

The truth, observed for over 20 years as a contractor hiring in the unskilled and semi skilled outside labor trades - is somewhere in the middle of those two extreme misinterpretations. The truth just is.....

The real cancer are those who are here for the gimmes. Those are far far far more damaging to the country....

Well, according to the lib leaning IPC, only half of them pay income taxes:

http://www.immigrationpolicy.org/just-facts/unauthorized-immigrants-pay-taxes-too

We need the other half to pay. And all of them to pay serious fines, serve jail time if necessary, and complete community service, just like everyone else does when they break the law.

Well wages going up are not going to make lazy disinterested hipsters and ghetto bangers and so on interested in physical labor. It just isn’t.

As for border and self deport, I’m all in favor of removing the incentives to stay and on securing the border. Stop the hand outs. Deport criminals in custody. And let e-verify work it’s way through the system and cleanse it over time.

In the meantime, there will be problems in the economy if we don’t stop incentivizing LEGAL CITIZENS from sitting on their asses. That is a related issue, and few are willing to admit it.

So you and I agree on 95% of this.

Yes. I know many a wallboarder that lost their jobs/businesses because of illegals that used stolen SSN’s and took these jobs. Roofers, construction workers, mechanics, cooks, (some restaurants will not even interview you if you are caucasion). So, yes, they take jobs away from citizens and lower wages in some/most industies.

Yes, they do. If anyone thinks that those fake SSNs aren’t known and tracked and logged (for eventual creation of a real SSN account with standing) they’re badly mistaken. Anyone who has basic programming and database skills could figure that out.

Even for stolen SSNs, even multiple times, the fakes (each fake use) are kept separate from the real account so the real owner doesn’t get undue earnings credits to increase their payout.

SSA knows, keeps track and quietly allows it for temporary gain of 7.65% (times two) each month. When the time comes to legitimize them “what me worry?” The American taxpayer is on the hook for a 50 million strong monthly payout.

All I can speak to are the four states where I’ve been involved.....and with the thousands of employees I had over the years. They all had paperwork that looked legit. They all had taxes with held. It was the same with others in my industry - I was very involved with trade associations and so on, and discussed these kinds of issues all the time with others.

I would also add this question: do you think white or black citizens in these industries don’t often demand to be paid under the table too? Oh yeah, they do. It’s just not as simple of a system as you make it out to be.

And one more thing: the half that pays taxes...are being better “Americans” than the clintons, who don’t pay taxes due to their foundation.

The system is catching up to these fake SSNs through e verify and so on. But keep in mind, that’s a relatively new development. That’s why I said let that system mature and cleanse over time. It will happen.

I never said they didn’t take any jobs. And the economy is different in different times and in different areas.

There is a price point for every single job in the entire world. If I advertize for roofers at 8/hr I will get no one to respond . If I advertize at 60/hr I will get 100's of applicants. The roofing contractor has to find the correct price point which is a number between 8 and 60. That is his job. Not undercutting the indigenous labor force by introducing scabs from the third world into the equation. That is simple corruption and lawlessness. Again I have to explain markets and economics to you.

Yes. Understood. I just think they don’t care, except to the extent that they have to appear to be “doing something”.

In reality, they still want the money coming in every month and I believe they actually try to ‘manage’ it (crosscheck hits) to keep the books appearing solvent. To me, it is part of this whole “USA solvency” illusion the government is busting its gut to maintain.

Illegals need to pack their burros and go home.

Is there a candidate or potential candidate who agrees with you on this??

Trump allows them to stay for nothing.

So what you’re saying is Trump is for amnesty.

Actually, it looks like not only is Trump for Amnesty, but that like a lot of companies, he’s ok with exploiting the illegals provided their “productive”. And this is different from what businesses are doing right now how?

Trump’s a fraud, thanks for clarifying.

What do you think?

I think that you carry around an umbrella in case Trump decides to pee on your leg.

Better than most. The FICA cap keeps going up to cover the ones who have paid very little. Otherwise I wouldn’t expect much in Federal taxes from formerly illegal immigrants.
