Victory in 2016. The left may well regret this week (vanity)

I think there is a distinct possibility that these two disastrous rulings by the USSC may have finally woken up the sleeping Silent Majority.

The libs are dancing in the streets now but in Nov. 2016, they may be regret getting what they wished for.

The fact is that most blacks and Latinos are against gay marriage.

I think the Dems are in for a major defeat in 2016, on all fronts.

Maybe I'm being optimistic. But I don't think so.

“Let the left rule everything cause you’re mad that the GOP hasn’t done the impossible in removing Obamacare?”

At the very least we need massive, systematic disobedience to tyranny. That’s what this is you know. Once you realize that, you can put to rest the notion that elections will change things. When I say “systematic” I mean it needs to be organized and preferably be under legitimate leadership. As long as we keep electing leaders who won’t fit the bill, we’ll consider to get run over.

I believe ObamaCare will collapse under its own weight.

That's not a bug, it's a feature.

we don't just need the labor (we already have that), what we really need is tens of millions more people paying payroll taxes.

This is a great point. Also, we need to factor in how the "safety net" created a situation where people felt better taking aid rather than working in hard low paying jobs.

Bobby Jindal had a great comment today. He said, "obama wants to trade in the American Dream for the European Nightmare".

Who organizes it and what do you mean by "legitimate?"

Thanks Signalman.

I like to think you're correct on that, and I wholeheartedly agree that the left has just set the entire country to burning *yet again* -- but ultimately, if there are benefits to the all important me, me vote for those, and not worry about anything else. Who's standing in the way of reparations? Amnesty? And by contrast, who's maneuvered into defending the battle flag of the Demagogic Party? Whose response to the attacks by the party of the single party state is to attack the other party?

I don't doubt this, but if it were 100% true guns would be confiscated.

Only because they would not have the manpower to actually carry it out. At least not after the first 20,000 died trying.

Already started.

Limbaugh read a story about a couple in NY State that refused to rent their private property to a gay couple for a wedding.

They were fined $13,000 and ordered to attend sensitivity training.

Following this down the trail of refusal to submit,
they end up with a gun in their face for their beliefs.

[That’s not a bug, it’s a feature.]

I’m beginning to believe that. It should come as no surprise because people here on FR pegged it years ago.

Give it a few days. Electoral politics has been the conservative demigod for, well, forever. Now that even the most obtuse can see that it’s a one way road to perdition, it’ll take time to get over it.

Cherished myths die hard.

>>>Ya’ll up North

Y'all up NORTH? NOW that is about as offensive to me as anything I've EVER read on FR. LOL

I'm from Texas...south of I-10...deep SE Texas. Born and raised here and apart from being stationed elsewhere in my military career...still a resident. So....WATCH IT ;-)

You read me wrong. I was just saying once they finish with the South (including you) they will go after conservative values in the rest of the country. Meant no insult to anyone. We are all in their crosshairs.

The claim that the left will regret this week is "whistling in the wind." They are going on from victory to victory, they are sweeping us off the field. The conservatives are totally leaderless and disorganized. The left deserves their victories, they have spent years in gaining control of all major institutions such as academia, government, business, media, churches at all levels of our society. Recent events are merely the flexing of that leftist control./p>

I think the Dems are in for a major defeat in 2016, on all fronts.

Yes, there's a lot of anger out there against the 'Rats over these issues, but in order to beat them, it will be necessary to clamp down on their massive fraud and cheating that characterized the presidential election process in 2008 and, more so, in 2012.

Also, it will be necessary to get more anti-'Rat people out to register and vote.

But just as important as the next presidential election, these asinine SCOTUS rulings show the need for two new constitutional amendments: (1) subjecting SCOTUS justices to national retention votes every 8 years (as proposed by Ted Cruz) and (2) defining marriage as one man and one woman (as proposed by Scott Walker). Since we can't expect two thirds of each house of Congress to propose these reasonable amendments, the Article V amendment proposal procedure (convention of the states) will hopefully gain momentum as a result of these decisions.

Folks, I have to urge care here.

It doesn’t matter what we do, if we place another idiot in the White House from our side.

The next guy has to be ready to clean house (Leftist legislation) and otherwise, or why bother.

If it’s another Bush or other luke warm Leftist, we might just as well hang it up right now.
