It is critical that Mark, Glenn, Rush and Sean announce their preferences early, to winnow the number of conservatives in the race.
As they have for the previous 8 or more election cycles, the RINOs have put their money on a single candidate, while the conservative vote is divided among more than ten viable candidates.
Cruz or Walker.
All the rest support surrendering the rule of law and the country to fraudulently documented foreigners.
I’m sure Rubio will be one of them. Mark shills for this dude..
Top two have to be Cruz and Walker. I don’t even see a third. Hell no to Paul or Rubio.
Cruz or Walker, enthusiastically. Paul or Rubio, will hold my nose and vote.
Jeb ? We stay home. .
Top 3? I can only come up with 2 - Cruz and Walker.
If Rush or Sean join him and Glenn, we will have a shot at taking down Jeb.
Some people resent this kind of action by conservative talk radio hosts, but it's important to remember that the Republican nomination process is not written in stone.
The nominee used to be selected in a smokey backroom.
While there is now a nominally democratic selection process, it is merely a fig leaf for a smokey frontroom.
Since before Reagan's nomination, and with the exception of Reagan, the Republican nominee has been selected 2-3 years before the election in a smokey backroom. This candidate has received the lion's share of corporate largesse, and the lion's share of Establishment support.
Meanwhile, conservative support has been fractured between several candidates leaving the field wide open for the liberal, RINO nominee.
Additionally, primaries are now front-loaded, giving the monied candidate an enormous advantage in a battle of expensive television ads. And Republican primaries also allow crossover voting in many states.
So the process is rigged, with only a pretense of democracy.
It's time the grassroots used our advantage to our advantage. The RINOs certainly do. This isn't a college debate. It's a street brawl. It's time we conservative treated it as such.
Walker Cruz Rubio is my thoughts.....we’ll see.
WOW!
You're the author of the Mark Levin show?
How cool is that?
Levin is right about this.. I have watched over the last few cycles where no one in talk radio was taking any position on any of the candidates...wait and see...wait for it...and then suddenly....it was over and we got Bob Dole, John McCain, and Mitt Romney....all establishment 1st picks. Then Rush would try to talk them up, but it was failing over and over. I don’t really even know how Bush won, except for the awfulness of Al Gore and that JF Kerry being such a brahmin. We really need to do better, but I am sure the fix is in and Jeb Bush will slink thru and win the nomination and lose the general by 8 million votes to Hillary Clinton.
Could care less about what Beck wants..... he not to be trusted
This should be interesting.
My guess he will name Cruz, Walker and Paul.
You may not be right about the RINOs, Christie may yet jump in. But I don’t disagree with your larger point.
I’d say that Rubio should bow out, but his ethnicity is just too appealing.
We are suffering from an embarrassment of riches, but as you say, in a way that is not good.
Levin is right. It is past time for Rush and the rest to engage in some activism. They can sit around in some exalted state and brag about their objectivity, etc., while the nation crumbles beneath them. Rush did endorse (rightfully so) Pat Buchanan once, but for some reason, I don’t think he has tried since.
My one, two, and three picks are Ted Cruz, Ted Cruz, and Ted Cruz. In that order.
1. Cruz
2. Cruz
3. Cruz
Who cares what Levin says? I’m already all in for Cruz anyway.
Rubio needs a repeat emphasis on ‘rube’. What a rube. And Jeb makes me sick
