It appears that the main theory is that a person on the ground is a harder target to shoot??? I’m not understanding this - at all.

Here are some guys who are experts in urban warfare tactics, more or less. The difference is I suspect these guys know that the most highly trained shooters may use different moves.

I have actually witnessed humblegunner perform these drills.
The big difference is when he does it he is wearing an adult diaper, rastafarian wig and peacock feathers.
He makes it look good.
