The tones include an option that turns a character yellow - a shade that the the Cupertino-based company says it intended to be ethnically neutral.

But the colour has angered some Apple users, particularly those in China, who claim that the yellow tone is offensive to Asians.

While some complain about silly things like shades of emoji "skin" color, other artistes are hard at work at their digital canvases creating masterpieces for us to admire.

Call me when yellow emoji has slanted eyes, then they might have a case. For all we know yellow emoji could be jaundiced because her liver is shot from too much drinking.

This is what happens when trying to be inclusive—some one will be offended about something. It's a cartoon-like picture, FGS!

I'm Sigh, What should we expect? Poor Speedy Gonzales is serving life without parole deep in the vaults of Ted Turner. Maybe.... Who knows where Speedy is. We could have a rendition program cartoons at worst.

OK, they have the skin color issue covered, but what about eye color? What about hair styles and color treatments? Beards? Mustaches? Earrings or other metal inserts? Why don’t you see any teeth?

And worst of all, I see only two sexes depicted. Today, there are many more than two, but I have no idea how many. It seems to change from day to day.
