Tell that to the CEO of JC Pennys. They are still closing stores across America over the homosexual adds.
If that was the reason, there would be an awful lot of businesses closing.
I stand corrected. Boycotts do work when a company offends its primary base. For Hollywood, the only thing they understand is profit. So, yes, not going to trash movies helps, but showing them another way involves supporting decent movies.
JC Penny was near death even before that. It was mostly due to their store restructuring and getting rid of coupons.
You believe the reason J C Penny is hurting is a boycott?
What about all of the other large retailers that are hurting?
