Rapist rape because it is a crime they want to do to someone, not because they aren’t good with girls and it is a rational method for them to get sex, one that they abandon if they get rich and/or famous and quit needing to.

No, but there is something else behind this. He is 77 years old. This goes back to when he was on the Cosby Show. That was the #1 show. He was a huge star. He didn’t need to force and drug women. He likely had women willing to do anything for him because of his star power. To believe he did this is to believe he had an evil power issue that delighted in control and coercion at the same time he was star of the #1 hit TV show back in the days when that meant something. I don’t buy it.
This has been an open secret for a long time. And beyond the sexual allegations, it's well known that he's just a very unpleasant person.

His politics is irrelevant to the charges.
Whether he is democrat or not, he is not the typical race baiter. He is well known for a cleaner variety of comedy. I have his comedy performances and he makes fun of people who reward themselves by getting so drunk they spend their weekend glued to a toilet — stuff like that. He is not the typical liberal.
Regardless, the man is innocent until proven guilty. The statute of limitations is important on these sorts of charges because the accused has a right to defend himself and to a presumption of innocence. There is no proving something like this all these years later.
The man was famous and well loved by all and did not need to force or drug women for sex. I’m sure he had plenty of willing partners available to him at all times. To believe these charges is to believe the absolute worst of him It just does not match his known character. The burden is on the accusers to prove and all these many years later that is impossible.
