The fiance of Amber Joy Vinson, the second person to contract the Ebola virus in the United States, is under quarantine in Texas.

No name or age has been given for the fiance, who is in Dallas under self-quarantine, which basically means that he’ll avoid contact with others and alert officials if he shows any symptoms.

The man isn’t showing signs of the virus as of yet but will stay home from work for the next three weeks to play it safe, reported WFAA.

His employer, NationStar Mortgage in Lewisville, says the man called them and admitted that he’d been around Amber leading up to her diagnosis.

Senior management at the company believe everyone is safe.

“Our understanding is from the health authorities we’ve talked to is that since he was last at work on Thursday, and the person he was in contact with who has the illness didn’t show symptoms until this week, that there’s no risk or danger to anyone at NationStar because there was no contamination present in our building,” spokesman John Hoffmann said...

Before I turn in for the night, here’s one more thing to consider. A prosecutor in a criminal case, or a plaintiff’s lawyer in a civil case could stipulate that she made a call and was given permission to fly home. But then, the lawyers would be drilling her on what she knew and when she knew it. She would not escape responsibility, because she is a highly trained professional. And that point would be hammered home constantly before a jury. Her life is going to be a living hell for about the next 10 years at least. And God help her if someone DOES become infected because of her actions.

Does anyone wonder why we haven’t heard from the lying Liberian’s family that was “whisked”away to the gated community?

Yes. I wonder how long they get to live in their free house in the gated community?

Her life is going to be a living hell for about the next 10 years at least.

I'm sure she's young enough to be judgment proof. LOL!

Can't say the same for Texas Ebola Presbyterian Hospital.

But that's all down the road, of course.

For the present, the goal should be to nationalize this mess between now and November! Obola's fault!

The correct answer is “probably” or “ unlikely” to be infectious.
In general anyone who says “always”-or “never” in medicine iscan idiot....

If that’s true there is no excuse, CDC permission or not.

She doesn't matter.

The Obola Regime does. Its candidates in November do.

They need to be defeated (even if you have to hold your nose in some cases)!

As they were engaged, I would suppose there was close, personal contact. What a damn shame. Prayers up for this guy. If they were married, there wouldn't have been a problem.

You will need crowbars to try to get those welfare freeloaders out.

They have hit the lottery.

The military is using an Ebola screening machine that could have diagnosed the Ebola cases in Texas far faster, but government guidelines prevent hospitals from using it to actually screen for Ebola.

It’s a toaster-sized box called Film Array, produced by a company called BioFire, a subsidiary of bioMérieux and it’s capable of detecting Ebola with a high degree of confidence — in under an hour.

Thsi was poted here before: http://www.defenseone.com/threats/2014/10/dallas-hospital-had-ebola-screening-machine-military-using-africa/96713/

"I'm sure she's young enough to be judgment proof. LOL! "

In the sense of "judging others," she might be judgement proof. But soon, numerous lawsuits may be filed against her and she won't be able to afford an attorney unless she can come up with millions of dollars in initial retaining fees. She will quickly default, and monetarily, she will be ruined as she is "judged" to be in default.

The Hospital will be able to afford an attorney, their chief defense would be that they followed protocols, and they also warned their affected employees to self quarantine, and that Vinson violated that self quarantine without permission.

But let there be NO mistake that Obama and the CDC are responsible 100%, and the Republicans need to start the drum beat for his resignation BEFORE the elections.

I think that people like you and other intelligent FReepers are VERY concerned about the lack of information about Duncan’s family. The people have both a right to know and a need to know about their health status!!

I have always theorized it was a foreclosure, banked owned house. WTH is going to lend their house to a bunch of potential Ebola victims?

I remember reading a few articles that said it was a Doctor that owned the house. He was a personal friend of both the Dallas Mayor and the fruitcake Judge that was all over the news in the beginning.

I see that the CDC has modified their "protocol". Notice the external air supply on this nurse. Why would they do that?

Yeah, and it might be but I am sure there has to be some way they all benefit. Probably some newly instituted Federal Government Disaster Buy Back Program where he'll get paid 4x (the sinking value now that Africans and ebola are living in it) house value.

I don't trust any of 'em.

My radar has been up on that as well, there has to be something in it for them. Hopefully whatever it is comes to light and soon... I’m also wondering with all the resourceful people all over the internet, all over the world that are following this, why no one has been able to find Louise Troh and the rest or her family. I just don’t get it.
