"I'm sure she's young enough to be judgment proof. LOL! "

In the sense of "judging others," she might be judgement proof. But soon, numerous lawsuits may be filed against her and she won't be able to afford an attorney unless she can come up with millions of dollars in initial retaining fees. She will quickly default, and monetarily, she will be ruined as she is "judged" to be in default.

The Hospital will be able to afford an attorney, their chief defense would be that they followed protocols, and they also warned their affected employees to self quarantine, and that Vinson violated that self quarantine without permission.

But let there be NO mistake that Obama and the CDC are responsible 100%, and the Republicans need to start the drum beat for his resignation BEFORE the elections.

Per the latest reports (as far as I’ve read, anyway), Nurse Vinson did receive permission from the CDC to travel.

Yes, it’s possible there will be lawsuits against her and the hospital.

But, is the country really going to start down that road toward criminalizing sick people who travel - even before they are diagnosed or know they’re sick, and even though the government gave them permission to travel and didn’t restrict their travel? IMHO, society would have to be in full panic mode during a pandemic before that happens.

But I could be wrong. We’ll see soon enough.
