Two years ago, I borrowed a wheelchair, wore a suit and tie, and shaved my head. I went as Professor Charles Xavier to my church’s fall festival.
Everyone loved the costume, sort of.
They thought I had cancer, lost my hair, and was in a wheelchair. Many asked to pray for me.
One kid, as I was leaving toward the end of the evening, pushing two of my daughters in the wheelchair exclaimed “Man, I thought you wuz a cripple”...
