Is FreeRepublic Pro Harry Reid?
Vanity | 9/17/2014 | Vanity

Posted on 09/17/2014 4:36:52 PM PDT by Kansas58

A very disturbing number of Freepers are openly advocating, on Free Republic threads, for the defeat of Senator Pat Roberts and other good Conservative Republicans. Greg Orman, in Kansas, is a pro abortion, anti gun, tax and spend Liberal Democrat who has given tens of thousands of dollars to Obama and Pelosi and the Democrat Party and Harry Reid. I am called an "idiot" for supporting Roberts. However, I think that those on Free Republic who support Harry Reid and Greg Orman should be ZOTTED, kicked off the site. I have had enough of there hate filled, vindictive, misguided trash.

“There’s a ton of fake freepers who post. They are rat plants”

Actually, many have been here since the 90’s.

I think they are broken and were never conservatives.

I think they hated Clinton, and this was the place to go for that.

But they weren’t and aren’t conservatives as we know it.

Since Bonor and McCornhole have done SQUAT about Reid, you do understand why voters would extremely unhappy with them. You are the problem and not the solution.

Agreed. Its still pretty iffy as to whether the GOP is even going to get the Senate back. I have my doubts. I am holding my breath at this point. Two and half more years of this Commie Pinko Muzzie running wild and there won’t be anything left to save.

“I will say, WITHOUT HESITATION, that I cannot put any support behind the despicable Mitch McConnell or race baiter Thad Cochran”

Case closed.

You support the Dems in those races which is support for Reid maintaining Senate Majority Leader.

Don't be a loose cannon.
Do not stab friends in the back in order to avenge the attacks of our true enemies.

And, I do not recall saying a kind word for Boehner, ever, on these threads.

It is more an exercise in exasperation.

It seems that the only way to get some of those old geezers to retire is to vote someone in from the opposing party.

In Roberts’ case, he is similar to the FORMER Senator Blanche Lincoln. She actually resided in Virginia (IIRC) and tried to get reelected from Arkansas. Arkansans sent her packing.

I don’t even know if that would send a message.

The message would be the RINOs voted for Orman not the Tea Party and Pat Roberts was too conservative.

However, you may ping all you want.

These idiots don’t understand electing RINOs are more damaging, producing just the Republican civil war you see going on right here. The brand is tainted, conflated, and offputting to those that aren’t politically obsessed.

I’d hold my nose and vote for the Republican, but I don’t expect much from them.

Those conservatives who stayed home and didn't vote for Mittens gave us 0bama's second term. At least Mittens was an American.

Roberts is more conservative than Boozman and most of the 2010 Senators who got elected. Mike Lee is probably the only one who is more conservative.

you are either a LIAR or very ignorant.

Greg Orman has run before as a DEMOCRAT.

Greg Orman has given tens of thousands of dollars to Obama.

Greg Orman has given tens of thousands of dollars to the Democrat Party.

Fortunately, I don't have that problem. Cory Gardner is a strong conservative and a great candidate. I think he's gonna take Udall down.

That said, if I lived in Kansas I would vote for Roberts, no question.

FReepers who don't think the Senate matters should ask themselves if, God forbid, something happened to one of the Supreme Court five conservatives and Harry Reid strips out the filibuster for Supremes just like he did for Circuit Judges? So many 5-4 decisions. An Obama Court would make the Warren Court look conservative.
