On that point you are quite wrong on several counts. Chad Taylor won the Democrat primary and is the Democrat candidate. The Kansas Supreme Court is probably going to remove him from the ballot at his request, but they haven't done it yet.

Greg Orman is running as the Independent candidate, but he is no such thing. He is a Democrat, has the blessing of the Democrat Party leadership, and is committing a fraud on the people of Kansas.
