U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday would not say the United States is at war with ISIS, telling CNN in an interview that the administration's strategy includes "many different things that one doesn't think of normally in context of war."
"What we are doing is engaging in a very significant counter-terrorism operation," Kerry told CNN's Elise Labott in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. "It's going to go on for some period of time. If somebody wants to think about it as being a war with ISIL, they can do so, but the fact is it's a major counterterrorism operation that will have many different moving parts."

OK, let me get this right? Dec. 7th and 11th 1941, war was declared against us. We responded with strength. 2014 war is declared against the USA by ISIS, and the antagonists dared us to fight them? Geeeez, Kerry, was your mission in Cambodia due to the fact that you took a wrong turn? What the hell are you thinking? (BTW, I heard Kerry was a decorated war hero who served in Vietnam on a boat.) ISIS wants a fight? Go kick their asses back to hell from where they came. But first, NO ROEs that screw up our operations. If the Politicians want to fight this war with PC, put them to work in 11 Bravo slots. :-)

He may have something there according to the Slow Joe Biden School of Foreign Affairs. Although Slow Joe has had a few miscues in the last 40 years he has been consistently obnoxious and wrong which is the standard Kerry-Heinz is striving for.
