By tomorrow night we should have the weekend tally's of the top 5 movies. We can only hope that Oprah's Foot Long Subway Sandwich opens at 6th or 7th place and stays there! And what is with all of the phony compliments in the promo's?Really?Critics are using terms like "Mouthwatering & Delicious"?Do they really think that we are all birdbrains and blockheads? What other movies are opening this weekend? There has to be at least three better choices.
I wanted to see that this weekend. Unfortunately, my washing machine suffered a sudden heart attack, and we’ve been cleaning up water and making repairs all day. Perhaps tomorrow night.
my cat wanted to see it also, but she came down with Cat-Eboli symplex three. Oh well.
I won’t support anything Oprah related.
isn’t Fox showing re-runs of Hell’s Kitchen this week?and you know that series would make Oprah’s movie look as entertaining as Jaws 15.
This is SO weird:
Her regularly-scheduled, tragic “got shunted aside by raci$$ luxury shop clerk” incident hasn’t yet occurred.
$hould I axe how long it will be?
It’s $ort of a pre-opening tradition with her.
YIKES! Sorry for your washing machine troubles - the worst!
I wanted to see this so, so bad, but I could only walk 50 feet. I have a bad tooth.
i can just vision the long lines of really dumb people and crickets lining up,even around the block to see this boring movie.
An okra wimpy production. No chance I’ll put any money in her Louis Vuiton bag. :>}
My cat who just happens to have Cat-Eboli too, didn't want to see the movie, but unfortunately the Vet was at the theatre watching it. So we wound up seeing it.
I’d like to see it but....
I’d much rather see the movie “the Green Prince” about the son of one of the HAMAS founders that went over to the Israeli side and worked with Israeli Intel for 10 years!
It’s showing in very few theaters but if you want to put your vote in to see it, go to the distributor’s website, and tell them what town you’re in:

Would much rather watch paint dry than watch anything with Obama lover and racist pig Oprah
so easy to make a list of all of her FAILURES! lets see, 1)Barry, 2)Moochelle, 3)Barry 4)2016 Chicago Games, 5)Oprah Network, 6)Barry. are there any other Oprah Failures?
Hey, Isn’t “Saved By The Bell” the Movie also showing this week?
Chick Flick.
What is this garbage here?
Wanna cover my eyes and plug my ears
It sucks, and that’s no lie
It’s about as much fun as watching paint dry
Lowers my IQ one notch
And that’s the reason why, uh, I can’t watch
“I Can’t Watch This”
-Weird Al Yankovic
just for fun, lets make some predictions: Number One this weekend,1)Cat In The Hat,the movie. 2)Honey I Shrunk The Penis, 3)Hamster-Cane 4)Turkey-Nado, 5)Exorcist-Part 8,.6)Return Of The Killer Tomatoes Part 4. 7)Foot-Long Oprah.
Well, it’s time we had planned to spend on other things. The machine is older, but it has always been dependable. I’m getting a new floor installed in about 2 weeks, so I want to be sure there are no leaks in it. (Can’t find out where the water is coming from.) Otherwise, I’ll purchase a new set and donate these.
The problem was discovered when my husband noticed that the hose appeared to be ready to burst. He disconnected it, but then there was water all over the floor. But, we can’t see that it is coming out of the machine.
The real problem is that the people who owned this house before we bought it, cut the counter off to make room for this oversized machine. In so doing, they removed the end of the counter and all of the sheetrock in the back under the counter. My husband is trying to restore all of that before the new floor is installed.
So the question remains: should I buy a new machine now? Or, should I wait and see if this one is still good? (which would mean an extra installation/removal.) Purchasing a new set would probably mean that I’d have to make use of a commercial laundry for a couple of weeks. (a pain in the neck)
Why do you think this movie will be boring? I’ve seen the trailers in the theatre twice, and it looks like a really fun evening. Oprah helped fund it. She’s not in it.
Helen Mirren is priceless and her Indian co-stars are very good actors. The premise is charming and very human.
