SEATTLE (AP) -- The FBI says it has a "credible" lead in the D.B. Cooper case, which involved the 1971 hijacking of a passenger jet over Washington state and the suspect's legendary parachute escape.
FBI spokeswoman Ayn Sandalo Dietrich tells The Seattle Times that a law enforcement member directed investigators to a person who might have helpful information on the suspect.

If this person is really named Dan Cooper the whole thing is ludicrous.
By the way “DB” was a media misprint that stuck.

I think the FBI should get off it's ass and arrest those in it's own ranks and the Dept. of Justice who thought it was a good idea to run guns to Mexican narcotrafficantes on behalf of President Obama and Eric Holder so that they could blame the NRA.
That's what you need to be investigating, you pratts.

Believe me, Geraldo doesn't want you or I or anyone else help him find his President's birth certificate...

As one who is fascinated by real-life mysteries, this new “credible” lead in the D.B. Cooper case has me intrigued. There have been several leads like this in past years that have not panned out, but maybe this will be the one that solves the case. If the DNA evidence that was found on the tie and cigarettes can be positively linked to the hijacker, I hope he A: is still alive, or B: if deceased, left a diary of how he did it, where he landed etc. This case has been fascinating from the beginning.

COWS Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the mad cow epidemic our government could track a single cow, born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she slept in the state of Washington? And, they tracked her calves to their stalls. But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country.. Maybe we should give each of them a cow.
