Paedophilia 'culturally accepted in south Afghanistan'

Paedophilia 'culturally accepted in south Afghanistan' British forces were advised by a military study that paedophilia is widespread and culturally accepted in southern Afghanistan.

British officers requested the study to help them understand the sexual behaviour of locals and Afghan comrades Photo: AFP/GETTY By Ben Farmer, Kabul 7:00PM GMT 13 Jan 2011 Older, powerful men boosted their social status by keeping boys as sexual playthings and the practice was celebrated in song and dance, a military study claimed.

British officers in Helmand requested the study to help them understand the sexual behaviour of locals and Afghan comrades after young soldiers became uneasy they were being propositioned.

American social scientists employed to help troops understand the local culture reported that homosexual sex was widespread among the Pashtun ethnic group in southern Afghanistan.

Strict separation of men and women, coupled with poverty and the significant expense of getting married, contributed to young men turning to each other for sexual companionship.

"To dismiss the existence of this dynamic out of desire to avoid western discomfort is to risk failing to comprehend an essential social force underlying Pashtun culture," the report said.

Judeo-Christian morality is what eliminated the “homosexual paradigm” from Western Civilization. Greek/Roman had rampant homosexuality promotion and pederasty...Spartan army was all homosexual with initiation of the young boys to carry on the tradition of the homosexual culture.

The behavior is learned....either a culture makes it “bad” or “good”. Religion based on Natural Law Theory (Christianity) is what developed into the “homosexual = evil” paradigm, which elevated the Jewish paradigm to be universal in Western Civilization.

The cultural Marxists are out to destroy Christianity—to destroy sexual morality—by promotion of homosexuality and feminism. The idea that certain “sex acts” can be labeled “wrong” is being eliminated as I type. Reeducation is being forced into the minds of all children and non-atheists.

Which of course, is the slippery slope to decadence and destruction of a civil society and the fascist way to eliminate religion from the public square because they teach “hate speech” that teaches “discrimination”.

It is political correctness which is cultural Marxism...which is to destroy all morality which will allow seizure of power.

Yes, and there is a serious problem in the UK of Muslim gangs in the north grooming white girls (often underaged and in care) for sex.

It’s been known for a decade or more but he liberals surpressed the info due to multiculturalism. The rapes should be laid at their door.

Enough is enough!!!

What you write is quite correct.

Europe is in a bad, bad way - we will ‘tolerate’ anything.... even evil. Yet there are signs that we yet might wake from slumber...

I’ve read that pedophilia is illegal in about 119 of the 196 countries of the world.

Its legal in the rest.

While such behavior is probably cultural in some areas, Islam, even the militant variety practiced by the Taliban, would seem very tolerant of having sex with children of either sex.

The people of that region are so inbred that it would be like trying to teach abstinence to cats.

In time?

The same question hangs over America.

There was an article recently which told the story of young boys who were trained to dance for and entertain older men in the ME area (perhaps even Afghanistan). After the performance, the young boys were made to have sex with these older men. Does anyone else recall this article?

You’re too critical, didn’t they teach you that all cultures are of equal value?

I am hoping you do with all my heart. Europe is absolutely beautiful and has some wonderful traditions and such amazing history....I was just there in Paris, Italy, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg on holiday last year. Florence was my absolute favorite place, probably because I graduated with a Fine Arts degree. The Louvre was fabulous too. Actually, every place I went to was worth preserving and worth passing on with pride to the next generation. Just hope they think a little more about the future and a need for family.

What is really sad is watching the movie Roman Holiday and seeing all the little children running in the streets and around the fountains. I did not see many small children at all during my visit. Nothing like the Audrey Hepburn movie which was made in the 1950’s I think. That sterility is very sad to me.

No wonder Jesus mentioned some cities and areas will be tougher in the day of judgement than Sodom and Gomorrha...let it rain hellfire and brimstone; anyone who turns back becomes a pillar of salt, or maybe sh*t.
