A proposal that would make it illegal to sell fake urine for the purpose of falsifying a drug test is headed for a vote by the full Senate.
The measure sponsored by Democratic Sen. Doug Jackson of Dickson was unanimously approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday and will now be scheduled for a vote on the Senate floor.
Jackson says the measure is needed to help companies that do drug testing. He says individuals who use fake urine to try to beat the system create a "public safety issue" because many companies are trying to maintain a drug-free environment.
The legislation would provide an exception for "bona fide educational, medical, and scientific purposes."
The companion bill was approved 96-0 in the House last month.
Urea not gonna believe this thread ...
Yes, hCG is manufactured by processing the urnine of pregnant woemn.
Funny how the little people working at places like Home Depot and Walmart are drug tested randomly.... But those in real important positions, like school teachers, Congress, the President, cops, mayors, city council members etc., are not.
Does this apply to Congess and the Senate to?
The official tasters must have found to many that tasted the same.
Great. Now I suppose I’ll have to get rid of my Whizzinator, too.
In fact, the people that actually do the drug testing, are not randomly drug tested.
How would those being tested, know for sure the tests being being performed were not being performed by someone using drugs?
I'd be willing to bet, Sen. Jackson is not required to submit to random drug testing...
Yet he is in a position of serious responsibility...
Why is the little guy at Home Depot subject to this testing, but people with much larger responsibilities are not subject to random testing?
There’s money in black market urine?!? ...and all these years I’ve just been pissing it away!
April 9, 2010 - The owners of a California company that sold products to help people cheat on drug tests were sentenced Thursday in federal court on their convictions for conspiracy to defraud the United States in connection with its duty to drug test employees. They also were sentenced for conspiracy to sell drug paraphernalia.
The defendants and Puck Technology also sold on these websites synthetic urine to be used in these products, and to be passed off as a customer's real urine at the time of the administration of a drug test, including those drug tests overseen by (SAMHSA) and conducted under federal law.
I am sure I remember reading it on FR, but a Google search was easier.
At last...something about which politicians are truly expert! After all, they’ve certainly PI$$ED AWAY enough of our LIBERTY!!!
The only practical way to assure that the urine is authentically from the person being tested is to have them wizz right in front of the tester. Congressperson Barney Frank says he’d volunteer to administer these tests from now on.

I used to wonder what the reaction of the drug screening observer would be if he saw a white guy with a black penis coming out of his pants.
Why are the people that actually do the drug testing, not randomly drug tested?
Methinks most of 0bama's cabinet would fail a drug test. Including all of his czars...imho. Dane, are you out there?
By posting this, I'm in big trouble, and those reading this, urine big trouble too.
I just hope all of this doesn't get ugly...
