“The U.K. and Australia have a higher number of homicides per firearm than the United States”
How does their number of homicides per person compare?
later
“Between 60,000 and 2.5 million Americans use firearms for self-defense each year.”
That’s a lot of ground...from 60k to 2.5 million. Why?
Might it me that the data is somehow ‘suspect’? Or, don’t the lefturd states keep data, at all?
There is no “gun violence”. Criminals commit violence. Stop using the lefts talking points.
Homicides per firearm? That a really dumb statistic. I’ll bet US gun owners have many more guns on average than Australians. It seems statisticians are afraid to do actual correlation analysis on the obvious factors that do correlate to more gun related crimes.

I believe the murder rate in the UK is comparable to the US, slightly lower but not that much
IRRELEVANT per the article.
It was for GUN VIOLENCE, so other homicides should not be counted.
You would need the crude homicide rates for those number, and even then it should be broken down by weapon type.
Fists
Boot/shoe
Hammer
gun
knife
sharp stick
blunt object
club
rock
rope around neck
etc.
One last thing; GUNS DON’T COMMIT VIOLENCE, PEOPLE DO.
Inanimate object are not responsible for the use they are put to!
“Gun Violence”
