activists within the field of archaeology are pushing for anthropologists to be prevented from identifying human remains as male or female because it is not known how ancients would have self-identified.

Criminal forensic psychologists, archaeologists and anthropologists have long had the skills to identify whether a body is male or female based on a number of traits, including the size and shape of bones.
However, far-left activists are now insisting that this is transphobic because experts don’t know if ancient people identified as a specific gender.
“You might know the argument that the archaeologists who find your bones one day will assign you the same gender as you had at birth, so regardless of whether you transition, you can’t escape your assigned sex,” complained Emma Palladino, a Canadian Master’s degree candidate.
Palladino, who is studying for an advanced degree in archaeology, went on to assert that it was “bullshit” to assign gender to an ancient human.

Over fifty years ago, when I was in college, I had a roommate who was an anthropology major. He told me this story:
One of his professors used to do an exercise on the first session of every intro anthropology class. Every student wrote down everything they knew about their ancestry. The professor, who specialized in physical anthropology, would then tell each student about their ancestry based solely on their physical appearance. They would then compare the two results. When he came to one student, he said “You are a special case. We will discuss you last.” When he came back to that student he said, “You have ancestors from a particular village, in a certain valley in Czechoslovakia.” and expanded on the details.
That’s what anthropology used to be about.
As serious scientists, they should know to use the periodic table of genders, with all 123 known genders, and it’s 47 predicted gender spots available for future recognition of predicted genders that have not been observed as of this time.

So just because a few mentally ill people can’t decide what gender they are by checking out their private parts in a mirror, we need to uproot common sense and placate the few?
Nope- Not gonna happen- the few don’t give a crap about what the majority wants- so why should the majority give a crap what the few mentally ill and those who support them feel?
Exactly- the left truly want us back i n the dark ages- they can’t stand that society gets to enjoy the modern conveniences and comforts of life- and are doing everything they can to drive us back to the stone age- by banning fossil fuels, creature comforts- etc- and they want us ignorant- ignoring facts, ignoring common sense- and next thing you know they will begin burning people at the stakes again - only this time it will be Christians they burn- not people suspected of being witches-
