For the past couple weeks, the "Who Killed Hannibal" meme has been doing the rounds. You've probably seen it. It's a two-panel meme. In the first panel, Eric Andre is shooting Hannibal Buress. In the second panel, Andre is looking at the camera and asking, "Who killed Hannibal?" As described on "KnowYourMeme."
The scene became an object labeling exploitable image macro in 2018 in which the characters are labeled differently and Andre's line of dialogue is substituted with variations of the phrasal template 'Why would X do this?' It represents the denial and victim-blaming that many people or institutions use as a defense for despicable or foolish actions.

A real life version of this meme is taking place with illegal immigration. Specifically, the illegal immigration at our southern border, which faces literal drug trafficking on a daily basis. And, Progressives and Democrats have excoriated Conservatives and Republicans for expressing unease about the situation.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Sherri Walker-Hobson recently prosecuted an 18-year-old high school student in California for smuggling people into the country, as well as recruiting fellow students to smuggle methamphetamine and fentanyl across the border.
It's real. And, if left uncheck, it will only get worse.
But, you can bet that, if left unchecked, if illegal immigrants just flooded into the country and did whatever they please, Democrats and progressives would look at what's left of the country and ask, "Why would conservatives do this?"
I do my best to make a point of sending these articles to my Rep’s. I doubt many Americans know just how bad the situation is.
Glen Beck is anti illegal alien now?
He always has been.
I guess he ran out of teddy bears and soccer balls.
[ I guess he ran out of teddy bears and soccer balls. ]
Now that the Blaze is broke and he is poor again, he values what little money he has left I guess.
I think many of them laugh at us as they expertly scam us out of all the government money that they possibly can. They think we are so stupid, and so far we have been.
Many of those dishonest and corrupt leftists wear R jerseys to fool people.
Flake, Corker, Hatch, Heller, Alexander, Graham, McCain, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Gardner, Cornyn, Cochran, Collins, Sasse, Kennedy, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Isakson, Johnson, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Gaines, Barasso and Enzi are all Bush League Republicans hell bent on making America into North Mexico
Illegal aliens spread a basic disrespect for law and order.

Based on a GAO report of 55,322 illegal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, and local facilities during 2003 and extrapolating the average number of offenses out across all 267,000 incarcerated illegal alien criminals results in some 1,288,619 crimes! Based on an average of $25,000 per crime, the costs would be $32.2 billion. Another estimated 240,000 criminal illegal aliens are not incarcerated. $32.2B
Professor David Anderson reports that the net annual burdened costs of crime, in 2006 dollars that would be $1.62 TRILLION. A 5% illegal alien participation would be $81 BILLION. Some studies indicate the participation of illegal aliens is much higher than representation. $81B
80,000 to 100,000 illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes still walk the streets. As previously noted, based on studies, those illegal alien criminal will commit 13 offenses each. Total costs are unknown. ?

Jonathan Weisman of the Washington Post states The Senates embattled immigration bill would raise government spending by as much as $126 billion over the next decade, $12.6B
While some of the costs summarized above are subsets, e.g. cost of the murders as part of the cost of crime, as you can see the economic costs of tolerating illegal immigration is quite considerable. You are paying for it in terms of higher taxes, insurance premiums, et cetera. Some estimates place the net costs of each illegal alien in the country at $50,000 $100,000. (FYI: 12,000,000 X $50,000 = $600,000,000,000) When the all the indirect costs are factored in, it is probably even higher. In any case, it is a cost that YOU are paying for.
Even saving ten cents on a head of lettuce, how much lettuce would that buy?
Regardless,
What price do you put on each American who has been molested, raped, killed, or murdered by an illegal alien?

It would be easier to list Republican senators who were not looters. The RAT list is even easier: they are ALL looters.
The Glen Beck show. That’s still a thing?
Bkmk
Except when he personally welcomes them with toys, at the border.
So othe than financially supporting illegals and making a public display of welcoming them to the United States he has always been against illegals.
That’s what you meant to say.
Wait a minute... This is coming from Mr. soccer balls?
Yep
Beck has always supported the toughest policies with regard to illegal immigration. He has always supported strong, tough border security, tough immigration enforcement. No amount of insistence otherwise on your part will change that.
He has also said (specifically with regard to the wave of children who invaded our country a few years ago) that they are our fellow human beings and we must treat them decently, with love, for the time they’re here — even as we work to make that time as short as possible.
When the illegal alien crosses our border, he or she is in our country for some period of time. It may be minutes or months — or longer. Glenn is right — we should do everything we can to stop the flow of illegals, minimize the time that the ones who do get through are here, enforce the law strictly, and when they are here, be as humane as possible within the law. I see nothing wrong with that.
