She’s right - it’s the culture... that’s what we need to fix.

Right. The culture and the family. Both of which liberals have been working for years to destroy.
She’s old school and due to liberal mental disease, parents lost sight in what she stated perfectly:
“Be the annoying mom that pries and knows what your kid is doing. STOP being their friend, Raley charged”
Bingo.
Retarded Liberals want the govt to be your god, parent and leader. That’s why they keep pushing this homo and transfaggot nonsense everyday.
Wow! Shes caring, smart and articulate.
Unfortunately, Satan, whom Jesus names as the prince of this world, has injected his culture into this world through his minions (leftists, communists, mohammedans, sexual deviants, etc.). It will take a wholesale turning to Jesus to change things, if they are even changeable (may be sliding down the chute to Armageddon so no reversal will happen until He returns).

I think its far more accurate to ask When are we going to have a serious talk about liberalism and its destructive effect on our country and our culture?.
Example of the fine young adults in our midst:

I agree with this teacher 100%. After being in a school every school from 1952 to 2003 as a student, teacher, professor and administrator K through graduate school. Society has changed, population diversity has changed, family makeup has changed. Somethings you can’t get back.
It's the culture, all right. It's the culture that thinks mental/behavioral problems can be solved with the "magic bullet" of psychoactive drugs that were not invented until about 1960, and multiplying logarithmically until now--drugs that change the brain completely, are absolutely addictive, and produce extremely violent behavior.
There were no school shooting massacres until these drugs became the norm, delivered to yo by your general practicioner who had little or no idea of their effects. You just tell him what you think you need, a;nd he prescribes it for you, based on a TV or magazine advertisement as to its benefits.
Our main drug problem is not heroin or cocaine. It is with chemicals synthesized like designer clothes: SSRIs, antidepressants, antipsychotics, etc. The culture is rife with them, and they produce terroristic lack of personal control and illogical assessment of consequences of behavior.
For one of the major contributors, look to the military formularies, and what they are flooding the combat troopers with.
i keep seeing video games blamed for mass shootings- has anyone connected any of the shooters with playing video games yet?
I have argued for years (even on this forum) that children need to be exposed to death early in life. The damage done by a sense on invincibility is greater than the damage from any phobia they might not be able to shake.
America’s drug problem would be a small fraction of what it has become if children saw the bodies of friends and family who overdose or have an accident because they were inebriated.

Great teacher.
Look. There are still parents who care and are involved in their teens lives. But there are too many who have abdicated. And while she is a teacher I would have ordered from Central Casting, remember that many teachers are more concerned with leftist dogma and inappropriate behavior.
There are a lot of angles to this sad, highly preventable school shooting. Her comments deserve to go viral. Glad they did.
this country truly turned esoterically dark and violent in 1972...the abortion ruling literally devalued human life over night.
If you are unable to ascertain that leftist judges threw the mentally incapacitated out of institutions and into the streets in the nineteen seventies then you need to have a serious talk with someone who remembers. And if you think that shielding the young from exposure to death isn't quintessential liberalism then that's another talk someone needs to have with you.
The lady is articulating conservatism (and accurately targeting specific liberal policies) very well. Sometimes surgical precision is more effective than a general diatribe.
