Mike Pence: Trump Could Rescind Congressional Exemption From ObamaCare
Common Sense Evaluation ^

Video included.

In an interview with Tucker Carlson of Fox News that was aired on Wednesday, Vice President Mike Pence was asked to reflect on President Trump perspective on the so-far failed efforts on the part of the Senate to produce a suitable health care reform bill.

When Carlson asked Pence, “Why should Members of Congress and their staffs have a better deal, not subject to the same rules as everybody else is?,” the Vice President answered:

“That’s pretty typical of Washington, isn’t it? You, more often than not, see one set of rules for the American people and another set of rules for the political class here in our nation’s capital. but as we move forward, the point is that whether the president makes a decision, it would be his decision whether to rescind that special treatment for members of Congress and their staffs.”

Do it! Make John McCain use the VA for his health care.

And make it retroactive. Put the tumor back in and make him wait.

Trump needs to do whatever he can to make our humble Republican servants do what they should have done in the first place.

And after taking this action, Trump should state that he will not consider a repeal for at least 1 year, so these wonderful 51 senators, their staff and families, can have sufficient time to fully appreciate Obamacare, the plan they voted for.

Not only that but publish those that just pay the penalty for them and their staff. Publish it every year right before the election.

“What would Miss Linda do?”

Use her VA benefits for gender reassignment.

If Pence is saying this publically on Tucker....could this be Trumps next move to Juan McStains poke in the eye at the mini repeal?

Comments must have been made inside the White House if Pence is saying this...right? AND is it possible that a discussion about giving Congress the same healthcare they think is so wonderful for us to have was part of the discussion when "Reince and Repeat" Priebus turned in his supposed resignation?

Just thinking out loud.

YIPPEEE!

Mr. President, do it for US, the American people. THIS is but one reason YOU were elected, sir. NO REFORM - REPEAL ONLY. Make those idiot congressmen bow down in shame and learn to accept the fact they are NOT our betters, only our equals. (and some, not even that!)

Thank You, VP Pence for making that fact aloud in in the hearing of so many viewers. Repeat it often.

Trump Could Rescind Congressional Exemption From ObamaCare

Really? And precisely how would he do that ?

My understanding is that waivers and exceptions are built into the ACA, i.e., the law. The last time I checked, the President doesn't have the authority to repeal or rescind a law. What am I missing here?

Yep. He dis not do a thing to hurt President Trump. He did, however, hurt millions of Americans very badly. And America. Also in addition to doing the harm he did, he fully exposed himself as the traitor to the United States of America that he is.

Yes, yes, YES. Hit them where it hurts. They should not get special treatment if they don’t like it resign. I hope a petition is started. This needs to take off and get traction.

So do it already.

Some claim they are already subject to ocare but i doubt that. Make the bastards pay for it out of pocket with no raise.
